I come to chipotle at least once a week for lunch as I work nearby. Today, there was a new employee that I had not seen before, running back and forth behind the line rushing all of the workers I recognize. It was to the point where she was messing up orders and skimping on requests for extra protein. She then tried to skip me for the people behind me because I think she knew them or something. I don’t know if anyone in management or ownership here cares, and I can understand being rushed during lunchtime, but the attempt to skip me in line at the till was the final straw. There’s at least a dozen other fast casual and fast food options within walking distance. Do better.

They have become so miserable in ordering food today I ordered two orders of soft barbecue tacos the rice they put was bigger than a golf ball and the meat I don't know what the tip of the tongs grabbed I had to buy extra meat to be able to taste the tacos ????
Food is awesome. Very crowded. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lunch time crowd is a bit pushy.

I just left here at 3:20pm 03.23.24. I spent 53 dollar these three teenage boy wanna fight me for 3 corns I paid for lol telling me to relax like BXTCH are you spending 50 dollar … trying to charge me for something I already paid for I just didn’t put it directly on the bowl I wanted it on the side …. They were so rude I put my hand out to get the corn the likkle dutty boi gonna place it on the counter further from me i had to reach for it just disrespectful…. Y’all can still go here but just they rude and everytime I go just know my guard is up and I will NOT RELAX y’all work for me period !! Did I pay extra lol hell no lol Obi to all y’all at that chipotle

THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER !! I eat chipotle 1 or 3 times out the week and this the WORST experience ever!!!!!! I ordered stake it was all fat shavings, everything was CHEWY! the rice over cooked the corn is not right it’s missing something I couldn’t even skip eating the meat and enjoy the sides because of how bad it tasted, 2 Bowles straight to the trash, NEVER EAT HERE !! My stomach been messed up every since I ate clearly something not right with the food messed up my vacation so bad thinking I can eat something I trust now I feel sick

WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN!! Please if you can avoid coming here. The place is dirty, there is no AC, the condiment and drink station is a mess. They were 20 extra minutes late on my online order. My boyfriend’s food was cold as if it was taken out of a fridge even though he place the order in store. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was ripped apart instead of cut in half. They don’t follow the regular pick up process, instead they call in the names and they have a girl you can’t even hear if you’re not right next to her. When I finally received my food it was made a mess with the condiments all mixed in. Such a terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give no starts I would
