Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This place has gotten my delivery wrong literally 4 of 5 times… it’s a shame because the food is good when it’s correct but don’t count on it. I just received freezing cold “Mac n cheese” that was really frozen potato salad. Wrong soda and no cheese on my brisket sandwich. Place is a joke and the last time I order. Let me also say how I talk to the manager about this after the second time and obviously no difference. Poorly managed place. Stay far away from this trash.

I ordered they took my money my Dasher calls an says they were closed. No online notice they were closed. Never again will I ordered from there again. I'm a traveling welder I'm working through the Thanksgiving holiday. They need a notice that there closed not take your money and order.

Service was horrible. The two people behind the counter could not speak a single word of English. I am born and raised in America for 60 years and I’ve never had to speak Spanish at a fast food restaurant. My wife and I had a hard time placing our orders. When we finally got our food it was wrong. To top it off, the men’s bathroom had no toilet paper in it. No wonder this place is now a ghost town. We are never going back.

Me and wife have both have stomach after eating their food . Fries was smelling like burnt oil. Inside the store is dirty and their kitchen is unsanitary.

the food was horrible. we should’ve read the reviews before coming in. nothing had flavor, the chili brisket tasted extremely burnt, the mac and cheese tasted like mashed bananas & the ribs were dry. and the workers had a little kid in the kitchen with them?! this was the dania beach location

Went there today 10/16/24. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Was never asked what I wanted to order, I was never even acknowledged by the staff. And yes they saw me there. Will never go back again. And now that I’ve seen other reviews about the poor food quality, it’s a definite no for me.

And yes the restaurant was empty. I see why.

Terrible customer service in store and online. The staff are very rude and do not speak English whatsoever. Rewards do not work in app or in store and if something is wrong with your order customer service never responds after submitting several inquiries. On top of it all the food isn't even that good And it's overly priced.

Meat was not juicy brisket was dry had to mix my macaroni and coleslaw with the meat to help was disappointed don’t go unless you want to be disappointed 😂

I spent $30 on food via their website and they delivered via DoorDash. When I got my food it was not worth eating! I didn’t get anything that I ordered! I tried calling them to report it and no one ever seems to answer the phones at this place! I will not recommend them to anyone! I wouldn’t even let my dog eat the food they delivered to me! The worst restaurant ever! I had to take my kids to Chic-Fil-A after wasting money on this! I want my money back! If you can’t pick up the phone, read this and refund me my money!

I ordered on Uber eats from trailer birds chicken. No one could find it until finally the 4th driver knew it was this bbq place. The food was terrible, the Nashville hot chicken was dry and only sauce was a BBQ. Nothing hot and spicy about it, not to mention the food was cold by the time it finally arrived. None of the jalapeno cheese sauce was put on anything as requested. The cheese for the chicken sandwich was in a separate bag. None of the ranch or blue cheese was included with the order. Avoid all the claim of Nashville hot. Menu looked and sounded great, but it was beyond terrible.
