I ordered from their ghost kitchen trailer birds hot kitchen from DoorDash and got the worst food I have ever received. I ordered a fruit punch and got a watered down Powerade. Powerade wasn’t even a drink option on Doordash. I open up my Texas toast and it’s literally a cold piece of white bread with no butter, no nothing on it. I go to eat my tater tots that are burnt and the first couple of them have no seasoning and then the next one I had was covered in seasoning.I open my chicken tender sandwich and the chicken tenders are from a box from the frozen aisle at your grocery store. They’re disgusting. I try to dip it in my barbecue sauce which is only a quarter full I don’t do reviews but I’ve never had this Bad of an experience. I Called Dickies barbecue to let them know what kind of food they’re sending out but the phone doesn’t even even ring. This place is a joke. You can see in the photo the last drop of “fruit punch” left in my cup from pouring it out.

The food was horrible. First time visiting, The bread was not toasted just thrown into the container. Brisket was extremely dry and lacked flavor. The Mac n Cheese I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Not to mention I stood in line for over ten minutes with barley any one inside and was told to step to a completely different register to order my food.

We ordered delivery and the food did not match the ratings. Portions were very small for the price, the brisket chili was extremely salty could not taste any flavor the sliced turkey was terrible and taste like a piece of fat the only item good on the plate was the brisket, this place was badly recommended and overly hoped. First time at this restaurant and All and all very disappointed and upset with what we received ????

First timer. Food, price and service was good. I just wish the food temperature was better. my pulled pork sandwich meat was served cold and barely even warm. If you guys fixed this I would have gave 5 stars. I like my BBQ served HOT!!!! Reading the previous reviews seems like pattern about temperature that can easily be fixed.

Well the ladies behind the counter don't speak English very well but darn are they quick with your order. Dickeys is really good for being a chain, and seeing the brisket laying in fridge in front of you tells you the food is fresh and high quality.

How is this place open?! The brisket was okay. I understand it's fast food but it comes out cold. They got my order wrong two times. The menu says the loaded potato has bacon, it doesn't. Yeah just close this business.. not good.
