Their microphone system at the drive through sucks and the person at the window will get frustrated AT YOU even though you’re practically yelling. Fix your DT system before you give people attitude. Has happened multiple times at this location otherwise I wouldn’t have written this review

I've been to this location before and I don't know why I go back. Today I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was stale and dry, and there was barley cream cheese on it. I will not be back, tired of being disappointed

Dunkin Donuts has always been a go-to for quick coffee and snacks, but my recent experience in the drive-thru was quite frustrating. I pulled up expecting the usual fast service, but it felt like I was stuck in line forever. The wait was significantly longer than anticipated, which was disappointing, especially when all I wanted was a quick caffeine fix.
While the staff was friendly when I finally reached the window, the delay really tested my patience. I understand that busy times can lead to longer waits, but it would be great if they could streamline their process a bit better. Overall, I love Dunkin's products, but I hope they can improve their drive-thru efficiency in the future.

I come to this dunkin’ donuts everyday they make the best drinks, but unfortunately i’m sad to say that a darskin lady with dimple piercings was extremely rude this morning and i’ve never experienced that there.
