We came to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast just now. Even though there were no customers at all, none of the employees paid attention to us for five minutes. One employee was cleaning, a few were busy with other things, and one was counting coins. Even though he clearly saw us, he didn’t help us, didn’t say “welcome,” and didn’t even look up.
After 5-6 minutes, he finally went to the register and started taking our order. We ordered 9–10 different items. At the end, we asked for water for our thermos. He said he would charge us for it, and he said it in a very rude way. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. Whenever we asked for water before, they always said “of course” and gave it to us.
Because of this, we left without buying anything. This Dunkin location should be avoided. The employees are very indifferent and rude. Especially the man at the register—his attitude was terrible. An employee like this will ruin this store.
After that, we went to another Dunkin location 5–6 minutes away. We placed the same order and asked for water for our thermos in the same way. They gave it to us immediately without any issue at all.
This clearly shows that the problem is the man working at the register at this location. Just so you know.
We definitely do not recommend this place.

The young Hispanic cashier with black hair was super nice to my husband and lfor Veterans Day. She even gave us an extra free donut for the terrible way the manager with the locks in hair treated us. The African American lady manager was not very nice to us when we asked what do we get for veterans special yesterday. She seemed to be having a bad morning and could cope with assignment. My husband asked for coffee she kept saying out loudly like for everyone to hear Donut! Donut! 🍩 sounded very unprofessional and rude. Then my husband asked because he didn’t like any of the donuts and he doesn’t like chocolate 🍩 she again screamed out 🍩!🍩! Wouldn’t even explain correctly and we thought it was rude. All she had to say was you can’t get any other items except only donuts. which she failed to specify and communicated poorly. It seemed she wanted us out of her hair and finish with us quickly which l didn’t even order my breakfast because of the 🍩 dilemma but my husband did get to eat because she kept telling us we couldn’t get certain things after we told her we just want coffee or a 🍩 for the Veterans Day special. Didn’t even say thank you for service and kept staring at me while was drinking my ☕️ which made me feel like she was doing it intentionally and not focusing on her job. Very disturbing may not go there again.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the Sunny Isle/Aventura / Hollywood / Dania Beach part of town. I’ve been to 3 others and I usually call in to see how long they need to put together an order of a box of Joe and munchkins. I usually take these things to clients.
As usual I called and spoke to someone. He said they don’t take payment via phone. Understandable. I mentioned I would be there between 8:30 am and 8:45 am. I get there and place my order. They had the coffee in the box of Joe and munchkins box ready for me. This has never happened in all the times I’ve ordered this.
Kudos to the owner and their staff!! Thank you for being efficient and attentive.

I used to come to this location for a long time, but I moved. Just moved back in the area, honestly this dunkin is much better compared to others. If you come here during the rush, they can’t really help that and you have to be patient but other than that, they have great customer service And I’ve never had my order wrong here. Also, Isaac is the best! That man needs a raise!
