I ordered two nachos one with no sauce and they brought it out wrong so they gave me another one and didn't offer to comp it and they left the wrong order and told me to keep it so I had three orders of nachos and I thought it was just dumb

Our first time at the restaurant and it was a great experience We ordered the salmon salad that was big enough to share and some shareable tuna entry it was fresh and delicious Our server made the experience a great one We will be back soon

Beautiful setting with a diverse menu and surrounded by shopping and nightlife. Our server, Tiffany, was wonderful. She made excellent suggestions and was extremely warm and accommodating. The food was superb, though the lobster fondue salmon stood out. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful place. Our orders came to the table with a few mistakes but were quickly fixed. I would like more time between courses. Great staff.

We ordered ribeyes and filet mignon. Our waiter was attentive, pleasant and eager to please our requests. The food was tasty, well-seasoned and tender steak. Overall we were very pleased dining there.

The atmosphere and the service was amazing. The Server I had went out of her way to take care of me and I don't know if it was because I was by myself. She was great. The food was great, except for the fact that the steak should've been cooked a little bit more Because it was a ribeye and it was very chewy.

The manager was very accommodating when I had mixed up my reservations for a party of 10. The service and food were outstanding! We will definitely book and visit again.

This was our 2nd time but our friends first time visiting. We were a party of 4. The food will always be amazing here. Our server was a little delayed with things and the dip. Which was amazing was pretty warm/cold by the time it got to our table. We were hungry so we ate but we are not the type to complain to mangers as we all work in some type of service industry. Drinks took long to come out. But overall we LOVE Firebirds. Despite the service we would definitely come back. The food is always amazing

Our server Dana was excellent. I have been coming here for years and she was the best, extremely pleasant and efficient.

Great food and menu- the chairs however were uncomfortable for my guest - need a cushion for comfort!

Service was impeccable with both trainee and her shadow. Drinks were on point as well but the chicken biscuit sandwich missed the mark. Dry biscuit flavorless tender and cheese was a bust. Grits & crab corn fritters were good

Everything was sub-par. Not great, not awful. Even the steaks weren't anything to write home about. The chicken pasta had frozen pre-cooked chicken and it was flavorless. The apps were better than the mains. Drinks were weak. Service was just eh. Skip and go to another one of the 50 restaurants in the area.

Our server Nate was absolutely phenomenal and the manager James was also very kind. Came in super late and ended up there after close but our server still went above and beyond. They both ensured I had a fantastic 21st birthday. Have and would continue to come here again and again.

Came back after a while since its my partners favorite restaurant. We got here at 9pm, and our server Nate was frankly amazing despite the late hour. He was super attentive, made sure we were having a great night. Food was on point as usual, but it was really the server that made our night. Wasn't expecting the happy birthday wishes or special thank you from management James. Can't wait for our next visit!
