I’m part of a flight crew and they put us up in the Hyatt House. I purposely bid this layover for this restaurant. First time I went there I ordered the aged ribeye. Wow, it’s was amazing with the mushrooms! Second time the steak tasted terrible but I suffered through it. I on,y eat once a day, no carbs, I like f it I’ll just eat and go. THIRD time I ordered the same aged ribeye and it was CRAP. I took it back to my room so I didn’t want to go back to explain and return it. I just threw it out. Fatty, inedible and horrible taste. I’m done with you Firebird. Can’t cook a steak? Or just have poor quality meat. Probably the quality but who knows.

First time eating at one of these. Food was pretty good. Steak could use a little more seasoning but was very tender and cooked perfectly. Very large portions, if you leave here hungry there is something wrong with you. We will definitely eat at one of these again.

This location on Dania is top tier. My kids love coming here and specially for Brunch. We come twice and sometimes 3 times a month here and the food and service is always amazing. I was able to meet the GM today James McDermott and said thank you for the great team he has. This place never disappoints when it comes to food quality and luxury service!

This was a great place! The service was the best aspect of our meal! Our server Kyle was super polite, helpful, fast and anticipated our needs. The food was really good, but a few things could have used a little more flavor. We appreciated that they had kids meals. Overall, a good place to eat!
