Wow what a turn around in this place , I usually don’t go to this location anymore because the customer service in the past months have been very terrible I recently visited the location with friends & the young man Mike was excellent treated us great even checked to make sure our food was good huge turn around in this store will be returning !!!!!!!

Charlos and Riya were very upbeat and happy to be at their jobs. Something you don’t always see in South Florida. Charlos stole the show with his big smile and warm greeting. Riya was wonderful and complementary to his service. All of our sandwiches were untoasted and tasted great. The facility was very clean. Thanks for the great service.

I live In Dania pointe and decided to try a sub. When I walked in the girl looked at me and said do you know what you wanna have.? I said yes I think I’m gonna have that turkey ham and cheese sub that you have up there and she asked me what size I told her medium she asked me if I wanted to have chips and a soda. I said no thank you. I paid for the sub and went to the other end and waited after about 15 minutes I said is this gonna take much longer and she says well yeah the meats gotta cook. I said I’m sorry I wanted a cold sub not hot. She proceeds to tell me that I need to let her know that before she makes a sandwich. This was my first time so I had no idea that I was supposed to do that. She could’ve been a heck of a lot nicer, but she wasn’t. There were two other people eating And it shouldn’t be that difficult to make a sandwich when there’s no line of people waiting! after I told her that I wanted a cold, she threw it together like it was meaningless. I took the sandwich and left. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I will not be back. I’ll go to places where I am appreciated. If you don’t wanna be in Customer Service, maybe you should get a job someplace else.
I have been going here almost weekly for well over a year when I started working nearby. The staff and the food have always been fine. The new staff is a nightmare. I've been twice in the past 10 days or so. Today I walked out. You lost a customer. Hire people that know what customer service means. Sad. I enjoyed the subs but not enough to put up with the people you have in there now.
Soon as I walked in the door, the person behind the counter says that she's not taking any orders for 20 minutes. Without even directly looking at me or addressing me. I thought I misheard. Two more customers walking behind me, she says the exact same thing without even looking at them or directly acknowledging them. This is not good customer service. Don't come back here.
