I live In Dania pointe and decided to try a sub. When I walked in the girl looked at me and said do you know what you wanna have.? I said yes I think I’m gonna have that turkey ham and cheese sub that you have up there and she asked me what size I told her medium she asked me if I wanted to have chips and a soda. I said no thank you. I paid for the sub and went to the other end and waited after about 15 minutes I said is this gonna take much longer and she says well yeah the meats gotta cook. I said I’m sorry I wanted a cold sub not hot. She proceeds to tell me that I need to let her know that before she makes a sandwich. This was my first time so I had no idea that I was supposed to do that. She could’ve been a heck of a lot nicer, but she wasn’t. There were two other people eating And it shouldn’t be that difficult to make a sandwich when there’s no line of people waiting! after I told her that I wanted a cold, she threw it together like it was meaningless. I took the sandwich and left. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I will not be back. I’ll go to places where I am appreciated. If you don’t wanna be in Customer Service, maybe you should get a job someplace else.

I have been going here almost weekly for well over a year when I started working nearby. The staff and the food have always been fine. The new staff is a nightmare. I've been twice in the past 10 days or so. Today I walked out. You lost a customer. Hire people that know what customer service means. Sad. I enjoyed the subs but not enough to put up with the people you have in there now.

Soon as I walked in the door, the person behind the counter says that she's not taking any orders for 20 minutes. Without even directly looking at me or addressing me. I thought I misheard. Two more customers walking behind me, she says the exact same thing without even looking at them or directly acknowledging them. This is not good customer service. Don't come back here.

I hadn't been to firehouse for a long time and I was attended by Adrián, very good attention, quick service and preparation of my meal, he followed the indications 100% and made my experience so much better

I’ve been to Firehouse Subs plenty of times and usually love it, but today was a total nightmare. It took TWO HOURS to get our food, and when it finally arrived, every single thing was wrong.

Not one of our three sandwiches was made correctly. The salad was half empty and missing everything it was supposed to have. And the garlic toast? Completely missing. Just gone.

This place is a joke. If they can’t get a simple order right, what’s the point? Slow, careless, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this location unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment.

TJ has great customer service and very professional. She was kind, helpful, and efficient. I was a pleasure meeting her and being served by her. Kudos to you Firehouse subs for hiring such a great employee. 👍🏽

I ordered a French dip on December 22nd. Customized it without onions. It came with onions and I could not eat it because I am allergic to onions. There was also no au jus sauce for the French dip. Also ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they replace them with sugar cookies. When I called them to tell them about the order being wrong the person I talked to said they had run out of au jus and they substituted the cookies because they were fresh and just made. He said he would get with the manager and they would get it taken care of. Never heard back. Will never eat at a Firehouse Subs again.

This is the second time this particular Firehouse subs disappointed me. First I couldn’t even use my loyalty account when I ordered there. Then just a few minutes ago I came and it was thirty minutes from closing and the door was unlocked I might add just to be told that they would not take my order because it’s close when clearly it’s not closing time. I don’t think I will come back to this particular location again

Not good. Went the first time, place was a mess and out of practically every beverage including iced tea. Gave it a second chance, place was a mess and out of Coke, iced tea, root beer etc.
I don’t think they deserve a third visit

Ordered a hook and ladder salad. Half of the ingredients were missing. It barely had lunch meat on it and the lettuce was borderline inedible. So gross. What a waste of time.
