Had offer for mobile order only, they told me the app is broken but there’s nothing they can do to help or accommodate after driving all the way here. Wouldn’t recommend coming due to unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

We walked in to order food about 10-15 mins before closing time, but never ended up ordering due to the rudness of the workers. They seemed absolutely baffled that we walked in with the intent to order at anytime remotely close to their closing time. We tried to order but we were informed that we couldn't have most of the condiments... or meats.... or any of the soups really... After an exceeding long and awkward interaction trying to order we just left. The workers were relived to not have to work so close to closing time, we are glad we could save them the hassle of having to do their job.

I have been a fairly regular customer of Firehouse for many years. Because of the lousy sandwich I got today at this Dania Beach location, which I have patronized since it opened with ranging from very good to very mediocre food. Today I order a Brisket Cheddar "fully involved" which was "extra" ... okay whatever. It's a good thing I did order it with "extras" because there was hardly any meat on it! It was terrible. There are a lot of choices for sandwiches. Between Dickies and the others in the Dania Point and Shenanigans that also offers a great smoked brisket, there's no reason for me to ever be disappointed and ripped off like I was today at Firehouse. So I will NEVER go there again.Parking: The only thing good about this Firehouse location!

Steamer was delicious even though there was more filler meat in it than pastrami. The best deal here is the food grade $3 red bucket with lid. My garage was smelling like kosher pickles for 3 weeks but smell is gone now and the bucket is perfect.

I had lunch first time in this location, it was very clean and the 2 girls working were very sharp. Been eating the meatball sandwich for years and tried tuna for the first ,was surprised it was excellent. Very nice store.

I paid extra for cheddar cheese instead of provolone and didn't get it. It happens every time. Sandwich is cold, been there awhile even though I picked up at the time I requested. Mayo squirting out everywhere. I give up, won't be back.

The cashier girl didn't even say hi or greeted us after I said hi 2x. My husband had to ask her if she was a mute . I explained I just wanted a hoagie with cheese and veggies shr replied saying a grill cheese, no a grill cheese is not what I want I wanted a cheese with veggies hoagie. Also there was a promotion for 2 hoagie combo for 18 bucks . We saw this after eating our food but didn't the worker tell us about the promotion. Also not to mention how long it took to get 2 hoagie... no excuses for an empty store . Never will be back would not recognize....

I was here and my coupon wasn’t working. Cashier basically told me there was nothing that she could do and the manager said the same thing as well. Me and five other ppl came to try to use the same coupon code and was told the same thing. There were literally no customers and I could see why. The coupon said that we could get a free sub with any purchase, idk how hard it was for her to let me buy something and still honor the code. It’s not rocket science
Food is always delicious! The manager is very kind and fast working. The atmosphere is great with chill music and nice decoration. Highly recommend this firehouse.

Purchase a hook and ladder online 2 hrs in advance when I got to the store still wasn't ready when I did get it the sandwich was made with only cheese, meat and onions ? I drove 45min just to get back to work and not have lunch after calling them back the young lady then tell me they are out of tomatoes and lettuce and if I wanted to come back for the pickle‼️ I should of been told that before hand
