⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Henry was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, kept our drinks full, and made sure our food came out just right. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Henry turned an ordinary breakfast into an outstanding one — we’ll definitely be back because of him!

Came for breakfast after Church. Ordered the fall special pumpkin pancakes with turkey sausage and fried eggs. The sausage was cold, sent back, new order brought out was just as cold sent back, 3rd time sausage came nice and hot but completely burnt and dried out. The pumpkin pancakes had an ok flavor but was also dried out. The food is eh. My boyfriend was paying at counter which is really such a waste of time the server should be able to take payment, while the Manager was trying to check us out with a coupon I was explaining to him about my meal experience. He never looked me in the eyes and could care less. So we didn’t waste time trying to explain to deaf ears. This is my 3rd time at this location and probably my last. First Watch could do better and the manager should walk around and make sure the customers are happy. I never saw this manager do any of that.

Dude I had to literally come here and change my 5-Star review to 1-Star. This location is too busy to let customer’s take their time at tables—GET THE CHECK AND PLACE IT ON THE TABLE AND SAY “YOU CAN PAY AT THE FRONT” AS A “HEYYY IT’S TIME TO GO” memo. The employees are like a deers in the headlights and the Hollywood patrons…if you know what I mean who migrate to First Watch instead of Denny’s don’t make it better…you ask a seating time (never accurate) you ask them about your to-go order (it’s missing items.) This is the only First Watch I’ve been to that gives you anxiety — like chickens with their heads cut off. This location allows customers to run the show instead of being strategic and logical.

The food was fresh and delicious but the best part of our visit was Henry. He was fun, attentive and so friendly. Great with the 3 kiddos we had as well. Everyone was smiling and happy. Thank you!
I insisted to eat outside although it had rained and it was wet, I frankly did not care but they still accommodated me beyond my means. Little things go a long way, I’m grateful to have been helped out by Lelis and David. First time eating at this location and I’m definitely coming back.

Final Statement about this location: Go somewhere else. Another first watch or another chain altogether. Never again. I spoke with manager and merely asked for consistency. “You want me to make your meal over for you?” No, I paid for it already but now I have to deal with a hungry wife and I only had two slices of bacon. Paid and pissed. Never this location again on my soul!!!
Second update: It looks like we are back to old ways. Pretty disappointed and likely not coming back to this location. For reference, I only eat at First Watch for sit down breakfast.
Update. It seems they got their act together. We might have had the second string but recently got the first watch. Order the Purple Haze.
