I ordered a mango smoothie but what I got was basically mango juice. They completely forgot the ice, so it wasn’t cold, thick, or refreshing at all. Very disappointing, especially since I was expecting a smoothie and not watered-down juice. Wouldn’t recommend if this is the quality.

Wait for about 40 minutes for an ice cream

No AC and it was unbelievably hot inside, smelling of people and sweat. Disorganized workers and system, gave me the wrong ice cream, charged me wrong. Workers were unclean, and the place was just unhygienic.

I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene at this location. While the ice cream itself is delicious, I couldn’t help but notice that one of the employees was serving it with bare hands, without gloves or proper use of utensils. Her hand was visibly covered in melted ice cream, which was quite concerning.

What was even more troubling is that after serving the ice cream, she immediately moved on to ring up customers at the register, and then continued serving the next guests without washing her hands. When I politely pointed out that her hands were dirty, she didn’t respond or acknowledge the issue.

I understand that gloves aren’t always mandatory, but when an employee is directly touching food, especially something that won’t be cooked, gloves or proper hygiene should be absolutely required. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously, because food safety should always be a top priority.

We wanted to order Dulce De Leche Dazzler Sundae, The girl said they do not have bananas so instead, we decided to order the blueberry lemon crumble. When I was about to pay, I asked for a small cup for the baby and she said she has to charge me extra for it and that I need to pay for the previous order even though they didn’t have all the ingredients and we made a change. Both ladies were very unwelcoming and had nasty attitude without any reason. Charging extra for cops, napkins, spoons should not be extra, but included in the price as this ice cream isn’t cheap to begin with. But despite that the employees should be trained to act with respect and provide proper customer service.

Great place and location.

Zero concept of customer service. There was a glitch with the rewards on the app and instead of helping one of the employees literally rolled her eyes at me and shrugged like who cares and wouldn't help or offer to make it right. Always understaffed and slow anyway. Really disappointing

Poor customer service at this location

Literally less than 1/4 of the flavors were available. That’s not the part that dropped this rating. At checkout, the only tip options were 18%, 20%, or 22%. First, this is a 10% type of business. You want 20% it’s called service. One of your bins was nasty and melted. 3/4 of your flavors were unavailable. You expect a tip and don’t even put in any work, and THEN have the audacity to have 18% as your lowest option AND complain to me, the customer, that I didn’t leave a tip. Unbelievable. Here’s a tip: stock the flavors and don’t let them melt out on display. And change your tip options to 10-15-20% like the rest of the civilized world

Need more employees , 1 person can not do it all . Very busy area the line was very long people was walking away. Over all the girl was very helpful and quick.
