The customer service was unprofessional and rude , I ordered
I was in the store today and I ask the associate how much dazzler sundae regular banana split she responded $11.02 , I also ask if I can switch the flavor she responded yes up to three flavor I got a few toppings exactly as the picture on the store . When I look at my receipt I ended paid
Two extra topping for no reason I went inside to request a refund , she lie in my face saying that she only told me it was only two topping for the sundae banana split . Any extra I have to pay and she never explains as i ordered it the topping that it will extra .
Associate name is Amaya was laughing and very unprofessional very bad customer services

It’s fun to go there with with the kids. They run around and play and everybody goes to get ice cream and hang out.

Amazing service! I come here for the splash pad that’s right in front of the store. My kids love it and the girls who work here are always the sweetest and are extremely patient with my kids, who sometimes don’t know what they want. Highly recommend!

I go to Dania Pointe every single weekend with my family and always visit this location. The staff there is just incredible, they’re very kind and you can tell that they work hard everyday to make the store a fun environment! I’ve never once had a negative experience here, and 10/10 recommend everyone to visit here!
