They don't have no manager they have a attitude they took a hour to make are food don't go to them they take long they don't have a supervisor they should be shut down

Terrible service ! Love the food usually but went this morning to Dania beach branch and from entering the door poor attitudes from a server and then being seated for over 15 minutes and being passed by 3 severs and not service, this is not hospitality will never come back to this location !

I visited this IHOP with my family (party of 4, including 2 kids) after getting off a Disney Cruise, just looking to enjoy breakfast while waiting for our flight home. We arrived around 9:20am, were seated by 9:22am, and then… nothing. Not even a glass of water.
By 9:42am, another guest walked in and was immediately offered water, coffee, or juice. Meanwhile, we had been completely ignored for 20 minutes. At that point, my family and I got up and left.
We are not from Florida, but this experience showed a complete lack of hospitality. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

This location really need to work on customer service I ordered online at 11:10am my pick up ready time was 11:32am I walked out at 12:12pm with my cold food they had sitting they was not worried about me only the customers dinning in they kept telling me to wait wait wait but people who came in after me who was dinning got they food before I did
