Tomi was a wonderful server, and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

The views are breathtaking. I've been lucky enough to dine there at different times of the day. The day views are nice, but the sunset view is the best. The food and service are superb. I just recommended IFCo to some friends last week.

I recently visited the Islamorada Fish Company at 220 Gulf Stream Way, in Dania Beach, FL. I was able to meet some friends here the other day. I hadn't been there in years so it was great to go back. I was greeted and seated at our table. My drink shortly arrived and I ordered the famous fish sandwich. The meal was delicious and the decor is fantastic.

We were in Fort Lauderdale for 1 night as a stop over. We were placed at the Courtyard Marriott next door. Unfamiliar with the area, the hotel recommended eating at Islamorada Fish Company and provided us a voucher for 25% off our meals. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess was no where to be found, we waited a few minutes and approached a staff that told us it would be a half hour wait or we could seat ourselves at the bar immediately which we took as it was 8.30pm and we were hungry. As we took a seat at the bar, we noticed 3 tables directly behind us that were empty and asked one of the waitresses if we could have it. She said no. The restaurant was almost at capacity and the atmosphere was nice. The person working the bar that night told us the boat show as on that weekend and apologized for the long wait. She was nice and seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests. We ordered food and when my salad was dropped off by the manager Sinisa, he spilled the salad dressing all over my pants. He lightly apologized and walked away. I attempted to clean the spill with soda water and salt and carried on with our meal. At the end when we asked for the bill, we presented the 25% off voucher and was told that it was too late in the night to use it. I asked her to show me where on the voucher would it indicate a time limit and it did not. The manager had comped my salad and meal for the spill as he told us that was the maximum he was authorized to compensate and guaranteed me that there is no oil used in the dressing and it would come out in the wash. I asked for his business card and told him we would be in touch. He was very defensive when I was asking him protocol for handling customer complaints and he laughed and told me "I am not going to buy you new pants". I emailed Sinisa when I arrived back home to Canada and let him know that the stain did not come out. He replied to let me know he would be escalating my complaint to his manager and I just received and email yesterday requesting an invoice for dry cleaning and offered an undisclosed amount for a gift card for who knows where (we live in Canada).

The food was delicious by the way and we did return the next day to grab take out.

No mention to the reimbursement for my pants, no empathy in the email for causing the issue.

I await to see how BASS PRO SHOPS will be handling this concern and will be providing an update once completed.

Pictures below: Empty table directly behind us the entire night, my pants with salad dressing spill and the salad with the dressing.

I asked the waitress to get a booth. She told me she cannot accommodate that and 94% was empty. Great customer service never coming back. And she just complained about some customers that there were a slobs because The food is all over the place. (TOP NOTCH,PLACE)

Food was excellent! Service was just ok. They brought food out from the kitchen and would leave it over to the side until the server could get it instead of taking it directly to the tables. Our fries were cold because our food sat over to the side for about 5 minutes before giving it to us.

This place is inside Bass Pro Shops in Dania Beach. We dropped in after shopping at Bass Pro’s and it was good. I love the vibe and not as packed as other restaurants. The food is delicious we just had Edamame and a sashimi plate but it was great! I love the cut of the sashimi not too thin or too thick just right. The bartender Melanie was bubbly and gave great service slow start but did great non the less. Damn too hungry and ate the food quickly so sorry no pictures. lol
