I recently visited the Panda Express located on South Pointe Drive in Dania Beach, FL, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. While ordering shrimp, I was served a noticeably smaller portion than I expected. When I brought this to the attention of the server, I was shocked to hear them tell the manager in front of other customers that I was lying. This not only made me feel disrespected but also embarrassed in a public setting. No customer should have to endure such treatment, especially when raising a legitimate concern. Customer service is crucial in the food industry, and this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope you can address these issues, as I'm sure you value your patrons and want their experiences to be positive. I urge you to improve your customer service and staff training to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Having a quick lunch here. Order bigger plates with steamed rice and chow mien for the side and order chicken teriyaki, Beijing beef, and green beans chicken for the entrees. All entrees were available except the green beans chicken and the staff asked me if it’s okay for me to wait around 10 minutes. I have no problem with it and as it’s promised, the staff delivered it to my table in 10 minutes. A few minutes later, the manager came to my table and delivered the exact same thing. I told her that I received my order and she let me to keep both of them. It’s so nice of her. I like this place because the dining area is clean, all the food ingredients are fresh and they provide a great service!!
The staff at this restaurant is excellent, kind, accommodating, generous, smiles a lot and great servers.
The food is truly delicious, flavorful, makes you want to go back there and eat again a few more times in a week! It is so good. They make sure they put everything you need in the bag and give you ice if you ask for it.

Got delivery through Uber Eats. Not bad, but expected much more food for the price. Not a good value (to be fair, not counting the Uber fees and tip, just the base price. . .still too much).
