This is the first Panda Express that I have visited where so many of the employees seem genuinely happy. The food was great and the service was amazing. Peter is so full of energy and so friendly towards everyone. He really made me feel appreciated as a customer. As soon as Peter walked into the restaurant I noticed him and his outstanding energy. Such a great experience.
I don't come here often because it's always hit or miss. Some days the rice is fully cooked, other days it's still a little raw in the center. There are other options, but I happen to like fully cooked rice, so that's a bummer for me.

The staff welcomed me and my friend as soon as we arrived. The cashier was ice as well. The food wasn't anything to rave about but it did the job. Kudos to the staff of displaying exceptional customer service.

Visited this panda express number 3293 at 903 and 27 seconds PM on 3 18 24, which was a Monday night. Picked up a chow-maine bowL with honey walnut shrimp, later at 5:23AM the following morning There was an attempt to charge my card Nineteen dollars and eighty five cents From a company I never heard of nor ever done business with called RAKQUE. I Googld them to find out that this a very active SCAMM Operation.I suspect that someone at this Panda Restaurant.Swipe my card information and try to use it later on that night.Which would be that early morning? That is my suspicion, Because this is the first time something like this has ever happened shortly after I use my card at this restaurant.I'm at the restaurant now.Getting ready to go speak to the management.I'll let you know how it turns out.UPDATE:I just spoke with the management a Mr. Alex. I am so satisfied with his response because he was concerned and he took the time to listen to what I had to he took my information down and made a copy of the receipt so he can investigate it. You can't ask for more than that.Oh! And he gave me a coupon for my trouble.They deserve a 5 star for their responce, which is what I gave them instead of the one star i initially gave.This is an Excellent establishment and management In spite of what happened.

They failed to deliver an order placed on their own app.The manager Joy tried to blame it on me hitting a non existent cancel button while simultaneously saying my order was delivered, though the system clearly shows that the order never arrived and was cancelled on their side.Joy could not have been any less professional or helpful and has no business managing a restaurant if she can't ensure that a customer either gets their food or a refund.
