Our family place an order and it took 40-45 mins to get to us, was under cook and warm, along with missing sauces. Took them another 30 mins to replace the pizza just to bring another raw and under cooked pizza. Then put us on hold all together for almost an hour. In the end we processed a charge back and tossed the raw pizza.

The worst Pizza I ever ordered. First time my children didn't finish theirs. Ordered it online, it took them more then an hour. That can happen. Ordered 3 pizza pies with toppings. They took an over cooked pizza, added the toppings, then cooked it again. The results were disgusting. Those pies were garbage. No wonder Pizza Hut closing stores everywhere. Yuk!

Sorry but pizza was terrible, my chicken sausage falls off the pizza, which means they probably add it at the end and didn't cook it with the cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was so thin and dry, lack flavor, order the pan crust was hard, not doughy enough. I can never get that bad tasting pizza out of my mind. I used to praise Pizza hut back in the day for there unique style in crust, but now I prefer little Caesar over it which is super sad. I wish I could show a Pic but was so hungry and tired I forgot

Tonight was my first time ordering from this location in Dania. I ordered online. My order was marked ready for pick up but when I got there, I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. No communication from the staff. Just “your order isn’t ready yet.” Then when my order was “ready”, there was still an item missing.

I order pizza weekly at the Pizza Hut at location 314 E Dania Beach Blvd Dania, FL 33004 I have always been a satisfied customer but yesterday paid extra for delivery because I had a flat tire. I also spent over $50. The pizza was awesome. I paid for extra cheese and pizza arrived with barely any cheese. When I called to complaint the manager Sonia said I needed to bring the pizza back, terrible respond. I told her I had no car. So now I went from being a valued customer to never returning again. There’s plenty of other places to order pizza from. This lady needs to learn how to value customers that are loyal to Pizza Hut.
