Service at drive thru was horrible..no working speaker.waited 20 mins for 1 car ordering.when girl came to take my order she told me to wait a min.so she could continue her conversation joking w her coworker.shes ignorant and should be fired as well as the niye manager.sat jan 4th 2025.so they know who was working.dont go here. I drove away and went to mcds and had a chicken sandwich under 5mins.no line..the manager at Popeyes barley spoke English. phone was horrible as well could barley understand him I yelled and hung up..Popeyes should be ashamed of this location as it run by what looks like all ghetto trash..and they act like it.rude and no customer service..its like the don't even care at this location. .I LOVE POPEYES! BUT I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DANIA BEACH LOCATION EVER AGAIN...U SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN..POPEYES SHOULD TAKE THEIR NAME BACK FROM U..HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NEVER EVEN GOT TO ORDER MY FOOD ...LMAO PLACE IS A JOKE!🦧

It turns out that today I passed by this place, where I had a big problem with the clerk because of my difficulty in English. I have been in this country for two years and I have seen a lot of cultural mixing, which makes me understand that none of us are from here, at least our parents or grandparents were not from here, almost all of us have immigrant descent, so I don't understand why this kind of human being is so racist and so impatient with someone who strives every day to integrate into a culture that is not theirs, nor that of this person. Humans all, I thank everyone who helped me in line with my hamburger without cucumbers and my three pieces of chicken. Greetings to everyone and to you who served me, be patient with the next Cuban, we are both ignorant of something, I am trying to learn English and you know nothing of my Spanish. May God bless you.

Food is good.
Service is slow. My friend ordered, took a few mins & no one in front of us. Then guy leaves doing things & doesnt take my order. I give then a look like hey i want to order too.. then couple mins more a mngr drrssed guy asks me if i want to order & takes my order.
Oddly my fries were just in a bag & not in box with the chicken. Not in a fries holder, just in a bag.
I had to go bck & ask for napkins & ketchup, as they weren't offered at first.

The worst Popeyes, I’ve been to dirty, not enough employees stay away

Worst location ever! First and last time here. Place has a bunch of morons working there. Couldn’t even order my food because I was told, “we”re out”, which they were not, after waiting to order for five minutes with NO cars in front of me. I drove off as the girl thought it was cute to SIT up in the window to attempt to be intimidating(?) as I drove by. Sensed a bit racism against white people. Check yourselves.

You’ve got one dude holding down the whole place the young guy working behind the counter right now as efficient and on top of things and polite but the store is ridiculous. The manager doesn’t even know what she’s doing. I just waited over 20 minutes for a pick up order because Popeyes didn’t have biscuits. Even though they were dead slow on a Sunday afternoon. And then when this Manager sees I’ve been waiting there for almost 20 minutes and knows I’m just waiting on the biscuits. She proceeds to start making new drivers who just showed up so orders while I’m just sitting there, looking at the biscuits in the window just absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional unorganized mess that one guy is the only one who seems like he’s doing a good job.

just a terrible place, disgusting service. You have to wait a long time for your order , the staff is very slow!!! terrible place, I do not recommend it to anyone

The oil is old and probably never changed. The chicken is greasy and very very old . And employees are lazy .

There were only manager two cashier and one cook. Tickets were piling up all while the manager tried do everything left guest waiting over 30 minutes for quick service food. This was my first time there and will be my last. This was crazy
