The barternders were rude, no customer service. We waited for 20 minutes for a beer, no attention to the customers - no service, The bartenders acted as if they were annoyed taking care of the customers. The bill was overcharged, we had to call the manager to correct it. We highly DO NOT recommend it. There are so many other places in the area to have a great experience.

Amazing food, great spot for post beach drinks too. The atmosphere is relaxed, we went in suits and cover ups. The staff are very helpful if you’re the type that is indecisive too :)
Went on a date tonight and it was a horrible experience. I took a long time for the hostess to return to be seated. Then it took almost a hr for our food to come. We ordered the Mahi and rice which wasn't fully cooked. And also ordered the coconut ship with a salad and didn't come with the sauce.Thankfully someone did bring some cooked rice . But couldn't understand why they turned all the lights off on the patio and then they started sweeping near our table while we were eating. Great view terrible service

I came here a few years ago & it was excellent, a overall satisfying experience… sadly things have changed- this restaurant looked unkept, dirty (table,walls, carpet, the bathroom, everything) regardless of the filth i still ordered a meal, service was lacking any kind of personality, food was mediocre, now im home im thinking id hate to see what that kitchen looks like … and i know this isnt their fault but cant the owner or manager tell the city , or someone to clean that nasty elevator that goes to the front door of the olace…. I shouldve walked back to my car at that moment, !

Ordered the stone Crab soup. Hair in soup. Returned. Ordered clam chowder. Item 86d. Ordered French onion soup. Bad taste. DNL. Returned. Ordered rum and pineapple. Definitely not the taste I was looking for. Returned. Ordered 2 spinach dips. Chips were old, spinach was very thick, not creamy, not hot, nor appetizing. Returned. Kept 1 for children and let them eat their meals. I canceled both mine and my husbands meal. Server Liz was great. She was super sweet and attentive but will NOT return/recommend this location for food. 18% gratuity is automatically included in the bill as well. Management will only remove items not liked. No other care or compensation for hair in food, unliked drink or soup, etc. View is amazing though.
