This is a delightful small-scale breakfast diner. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Their food was scrumptious, indicating that they focus on their specialties and execute them brilliantly. The staff seemed familiar with a majority of the customers, suggesting that it's a popular spot for the locals. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

My mom, daughter, and I were initially greeted by a friendly hostess who welcomed us with a warm "Hi! Sit wherever you’d like!" However, our experience took a sharp turn for the worse almost immediately. As we chose a table, another server rushed over and rudely barked, "NOT HERE! I HAVE A PARTY COMING!" A kind gentleman nearby offered us his table, and we moved one table over as directed. Yet, the server walked off with the menus, and when I politely asked for one, she snapped, “I will bring it over in a minute!” Shocked by her attitude and wondering why she couldn't just hand me a menu right then, I returned to the table.

Sensing that things were not going to improve, I quietly suggested to my mom that we leave. As we exited, we noticed the sympathetic looks from some of the other patrons, and my mom overheard the server dismissively say, "Oh well!"

Despite being the only Black people in the establishment, the locals were warm and tried to help, but it was clear they were just as disheartened by how we were treated.

While I tried to extend understanding, knowing that not everyone handles stress well, I refuse to let my daughter witness us spend our hard-earned money where we are treated so poorly. This was unacceptable on every level.

My Fiancé and I decided to visit. Funny thing, I've previously lived in Dania for nearly 20 years, NEVER visited, and never even knew the name of this place. Shame of me! It just shows you that sometimes, you have to just slow down and try something *new*. The only thing i remembered growing up was the Turkey on the Window! Everything in the area may be changing, but this place still remains the same. From the door, they welcomed us with open arms. We got the Turkey omelet--- SHAVED TURKEY!! It was awesome. The Rye Bread- AWESOME reminded me of eating at my mom's. They spoke of holiday dinners, I can't wait to try it. Very good experience. Thank you for treating us like family Ms. Dawn.

This is your local neighborhood mom and pops perfect place for breakfast or a simple all-American lunch. Once you get to know the waitresses you will feel like your family. The food is really generous really really good. It is a small town feel. I highly recommend this place because it is simple and the breakfast is traditional American. The prices are fine but the services phenomenal the flavor. The food is the best restaurant is extremely clean and polished.

Classic dinner and very simple. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. The portions were enormous. The country fried steak needed to come on it own plate.
