I go very frequently to Rodizio Grill and I love it there! Im Brazilian and the Picanha and Sausage there is a true gem.
I want to definitely compliment Diego, he is an amazing server/ meat server. He is constantly checking on us and he remembers everything we like to eat and temperatures, he is definitely the best there. I hope he gets a promotion/raise for his great attitude and customer service!
Also, it would be great to implement and add the meat buffet at the bar! My people and I really like sitting and having our meals at the bar and it would be great to be able to if possible the consideration.

Came here to have dinner with my sister for my birthday as we were being seated I asked to be seated in a certain area and the host informed me that that area was leaking. She seated us across from that area. while I was eating a large drip of water from the ceiling hit my plate and went into my mouth because I was chewing when it happened, we informed the waiter who informed the host and she came over to talk to us. She let us know that the manager was busy and She did apologize and let us know that the area we were in was previously leaking that she would move us over and get us new drinks. The manager was never informed, and when we informed her, she said oh wow and made a surprised face and then walked away. I still feel disgusted. It was a terrible dinner. Definitely not worth what I spent because shortly after that incident I did not want to eat anymore as I was disgusted

Hello, Your restaurant has been my husband's & MY - birthday celebration yearly for the last couple of years. We truly enjoy coming here to celebrate our birthday and reward ourselves in a buffet style meal with great food. Today we came to celebrate my birthday and i was so excited! We have never experienced a bad dinner here until tonight. The service was really bad, I don't know if you all were short handed but we barley got any meats, I mean that they barely came by... and when they did come by we requested to have well done meat, and they would still come back with pink meat. We even told our waitress that they are barely coming by at all, the food didn't taste good and that we would like well done meat, as we were telling her this the same guy we have told many times about well done meat comes up with rare meat.. she eben says is that well done and he says no and walks away.... im like, wow see, we've told him like 5 times yet he still comes over with rare meat. There were moments that 10 mins would go by and not one person would come by ourselves table? And yes the green mark was turn up correctly. My husband and I would just eat food from salad bar to eat because nothing else was coming by. We feel as we paid for a salad bar. When we got meat, it was rare and full of fat, in some cases it didnt even taste good. If you watch your cameras you can see us unfortunately spitting out our meat on many occasions because its full of fat or tatses horrible. Very disappointed. And than at the end all we wanted was the cheese with honey our absolute favorite thing here. The waitress said it will take about 8 mins as they are cooking it - we said we dont mind .. because we love it but magically the guy came out with the cheese and honey in 1 min after she left... we took a bite of it and its completely cold, no wonder he came out in 1 min vs the 8 she said. Definitely not the cheese that our waitress said they were cooking...

If you never ate a a Brazilian steak house you are missing out . They kept the meats going until we couldn't eat anymore .salad bar was amazing as well.

Unfortunately. I will not cone here ever again. The meat was not good at all. It's definitely not quality. eat.hard as the sole of my shoe! And to top it off, our waiter Juliana was rude and disrespectful. Even the people that were next to us noticed.....

All of the food was very delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, but the service was noticeably slow and not very attentive even with the restaurant not being that busy.

Had to try this after going to a Fugo de Chow place in Detrot. Ok. So. Everything gets 5 stars. The meat kept coming - over and over. Dessert not so great. The waiter was nice but lack of attention - but overall really great experience.

No hostess to greet us at the reception with only 8 people in the whole restaurant …. so we left

We were enjoying our food when a gush of water poured from the ceiling onto our plate. Splashed us in the face. When we told the server he called over the front desk girl who decided to handle the situation with out informing the manager, she said the manager was a little busy. She moved us to another table but did not apologize, no one cared that a whole gush of water fell from
The ceiling onto our plates. Later on I saw the manager and asked her if she was informed about what happened to us and she actually did not even know what had happened. She does not even speak full english because she said to me “ it’s ok it’s ok” and walked away. The lack of accountability or action to make it right was unbelievable. We couldn’t even eat after that just looking up at the ceiling thinking it would happen again. There were several seats blocked off due to the same issue so they are aware. The server even said this was an issue they had and fixed but were unaware it had happened again.

Sometimes all the customer wants is acknowledgement, and for the issue to be resolved and even an apology. We did not take time out of our day to go to this place to experience something like this.

The manager needs better training and the staff that isn’t management needs to be trained that they need to inform a manager and not try to hide the situation.

Very dissatisfied.

Any other restaurant would be better than this one. Meat was not seasoned and hard. The salad bar is very small and limited with items. Texas de Brazil or any other restaurant would be a better option.

Our server Felipe was amazing. He made the whole experience 10x better! The food was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. I will definitely be returning and requesting for him as a server. Thank you Felipe!
