The worst experience ever Issac was very rude he refused to make my drink after I caught him picking his nose . I asked him to wash his hands and he yelled at me and asked me to get out the store & threatened to call the police on me .

I visit the Plaza Starbucks nearly every morning and sometimes after lunch. Today, while waiting for a friend, an employee informed me that I needed to buy something to sit there. I explained politely, and he was understanding. However, the manager (with black hair in a small ponytail and tight jeans) gave me dirty looks and tried to eavesdrop on my phone conversation. It’s disappointing when the manager acts that way, especially since the store was empty inside but busy at the drive-thru. Sometimes people wanna sit and chill w out buying $10-$15 drinks. Not sure I'll be back.

Usually starbucks is a good brand and everything is of high quality everywhere, but specifically here at this address there are some comments, an unpleasant situation happened with a cup, even though the seller made me two cups, they still started to leak. Let's just say the quality is poor) and I ordered a muffin that was just a C grade)

sucks this is the one near my job but they really gave me a half filled coffee in a venti size so i paid almost 7 dollars for this coffee for them to fill it half way. and the cubby girl who was taking my order has hearing problems you have to scream at them so they can hear you - edited: i just went again to this starbucks i dont even know why, but let me just add the picture of the bagel they gave me..

Starbucks service quality has gone down. I forgot to order a drink at the speaker and asked for it up front and CATIE the manager said I had to go back around and make the car line, now why would I do that if I already ordered something I just forgot to add it? It would’ve taken her 2 minutes to make the drink and I ended up leaving, you guys should revise Caties customer service and if she’s even fit to be a manager. Also my app was not working for a free drink and she said she couldn’t do anything for me, when I showed the app to her with my points for proof. I went to a different location and they honored the drink for me. There is no consistency in your stores practice. She’s acting like the drink will come out of her paycheck. Never coming back here again.

The worst coffee I have ever tried, they should train the staff to provide a good coffee service, I ordered a simple coffee and the coffee was very unpleasant. The service was very friendly but the coffee was disgusting, I had to throw it away instead of being able to enjoy a delicious coffee.
