It says this location closes at 10pm and it’s currently 9pm. Doors are locked, either up date the time on google or have your employees close at the right time. Make it make sense.

This was a beautiful newer Starbucks and the young lady who helped me was very kind. However my drink was horrible literally tasted like water. This is something I feel may need to be worked on because it seems many have said the same. Overall I still don't want that to take away from the great customer service and atmosphere just need maybe to retrain people. I typically go to the Starbucks on Hollywood blvd but decided to come here because it was closed. I truly hope to come again and have a better experience so I can edit my review!

Waited in line longer then 10 mins for 1 large Ice coffee caramel light n sweet! Get to the window and the coffee had zero creamer.. i said thats not m ine she said yesss... i said theres no cream... remember this is after 10 mins in line!! Crazyyy never again!! Get to the window and shes rude!! Had to just drive off!! I've NEVER been to a Starbucks and got treated so rude!!

Ordered ice coffee. Looked like iced milk. Most ice was melted. Obviously used hot coffee poured over ice which had a weak flavor. Brought this to their attention and was told to purchase a cold brew coffee instead.
The worst experience ever Issac was very rude he refused to make my drink after I caught him picking his nose . I asked him to wash his hands and he yelled at me and asked me to get out the store & threatened to call the police on me .

I visit the Plaza Starbucks nearly every morning and sometimes after lunch. Today, while waiting for a friend, an employee informed me that I needed to buy something to sit there. I explained politely, and he was understanding. However, the manager (with black hair in a small ponytail and tight jeans) gave me dirty looks and tried to eavesdrop on my phone conversation. It’s disappointing when the manager acts that way, especially since the store was empty inside but busy at the drive-thru. Sometimes people wanna sit and chill w out buying $10-$15 drinks. Not sure I'll be back.
