i can’t even get started on how awful the service of this place was. I walked in at 7:50pm and ordered three sandwiches that i was gonna customize. The guy looked tall white, baldish, some tattoos on his legs, and was extremely rude from the moment i walked in with my dad. No “welcome” not even a “hello”. Every time i said something to him he would respond really rude, not even smile, and even rolled his eyes at me whenever i told him “sorry could you add tuna to the sandwich please” he sighed and made me feel so uncomfortable. The way he spoke at me was surprising since i visit this place often and i haven’t had an issue like this before. I wanted to leave asap. I always buy a soda as well but today for the first time i didn’t since i wanted to leave immediately. the total was $40 dollars which was surprising but whatever bc we added extra things to our sandwiches but i didn’t want to let this situation pass by since i believe this employee needs to change his manners or, i should say, learn some. So disappointed.

The place is not very nice. The service was very good and the food was always delicious. It was my first time in this location. Although I lived in Hollywood a few years ago I never came to this place and today when I return as a tourist from California the subway is always the food My son's favorite. Thank you. It has good parking lots.

The gentleman who served us were very nice and friendly. The staff worked quickly and successfully as they served us and other customers. Atmosphere was balanced and restaurant was clean. Staff were engaging; even as they changed shifts. Keep up the good work!

We landed in Anchorage, and we had to wait for our room, and we were hungry. Where we live, there is no Subway. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. The food was what we wanted and what we were craving.
I ate my Sandwich and was staying, working maby 30 minutes longer on my Laptop. One old lady, who is working there, kicked me out, because "this is not Office to work". She was really rude and stupid, never saw this in my Life. She is not made to work with clients, maby clean Toilettes or something like this.

There is this young gentleman that has served me twice (today he was wearing a red Hilfiger t shirt).As of today June 3rd, 2024 this is by far one of the best sub makers I have experienced since 1998. Perhaps he could train others! Polite, attentive, excellent customer service skills! One amazing young man! Thank you!

A homeless man walked in while I was eating here. He told Linda his situation and that he was hungry. She immediately gave up her free sandwich she gets every shift for him. What a wonderful thing to have witnessed. Linda deserves a raise and a promotion. We need more people like her in the world.

10:30pm and these people working here completely ignore you. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and just drove off smh. I guess the make too much money to make sandwiches up until closing
