The food is generally okay. The problem I run into is sometimes an item is missing - usually the soda or potato chips. If I pick up or order in person I can catch it. With delivery nobody seems to take responsibility. Since they now put everything in one bag and staple it shut I know the error was Subways, not Uber eats. This last time I was so mad the soda was missing I tried using Subway 's Sammie service bot thing. It took forever to get thru all the screens but I finally got an incident number. Five days later I got a message saying the case had been resolved. Nobody ever contacted me by email, phone or text. The email didn't tell me what the resolution was! I checked to see if they had given me any extra reward points or credited my charge card back a few bucks. Nothing. The world won't end because I didn't get my diet Coke but AI customer service sucks.

Tried to come through the drive-through nobody answered the intercom when I drove by the employee was sitting on his phone, not paying attention to anything.

Wayne is amazing and single Handedly brought me back to being a regular customer at this location! He really knows how to make a sub and The proper quantities to add into the sandwich. (Sometimes I have bad inconsistent versions of my same order with dif subways. But Wayne makes it perfect everytime. Can’t wait to go in for the 6.99 lunch he told me about also

I just got into the store and the guy there was texting and immediately that he saw me turn his back so he didn’t want to work I just ask for my sub and he started making faces I just walked out and leave the store I can’t trust my food on someone who do that. Just and advise pick better your employees

It seems like a joke. Every time I go here the order is totally wrong. What surprises me is that all they do all day is make sandwiches, and they do it wrong? It's hard to belive.
Today I ordered online 2 subs, cookies, chips and drinks. When I arrive they give me only the subs. I said many things were missing so they gave me the cookies (wrong ones BTW). I had to ask for the chips and the sodas 3 times.
But the worst part is, when I got home, starving, and opened my sub (supposedly turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, olives and mayo) it only had turkey and 2 slices of tomato, that's it. Are you kidding me???
The first time I went a couple of months ago, something very similar happened. Now I'm gonna have to go back there (not close to home) and get a new sub. I don't think I'm going there ever again.

The guy goes to close my sandwich and proceeds to use a knife that came straight from the water bucket sopping wet with residual condiments from the previous sub and swipes all that bacterial goodness into my tuna sub. Does it with a little hesitation because he knows its wrong and still did it. I usually tip but today was the exception. Absolutely disgusting!

Came in and was really taken care of. Tony was very friendly and kind to us. Easy to talk to. Vincent was amazing too. He was sooo friendly and really took the time to make a quick and well done sandwich. It wasn't messy, it had enough veggies. Not too little not too much. It really makes a difference to go get food where the environment is positive and relaxed yet you get your food fast in the end. Definitely going to be my go to subway of the area.

i can’t even get started on how awful the service of this place was. I walked in at 7:50pm and ordered three sandwiches that i was gonna customize. The guy looked tall white, baldish, some tattoos on his legs, and was extremely rude from the moment i walked in with my dad. No “welcome” not even a “hello”. Every time i said something to him he would respond really rude, not even smile, and even rolled his eyes at me whenever i told him “sorry could you add tuna to the sandwich please” he sighed and made me feel so uncomfortable. The way he spoke at me was surprising since i visit this place often and i haven’t had an issue like this before. I wanted to leave asap. I always buy a soda as well but today for the first time i didn’t since i wanted to leave immediately. the total was $40 dollars which was surprising but whatever bc we added extra things to our sandwiches but i didn’t want to let this situation pass by since i believe this employee needs to change his manners or, i should say, learn some. So disappointed.

The place is not very nice. The service was very good and the food was always delicious. It was my first time in this location. Although I lived in Hollywood a few years ago I never came to this place and today when I return as a tourist from California the subway is always the food
