Terrible service, wait staff as well . Hostess was the only professional that seem to know what customer service is all about.

This casino buffet is half-hearted at best. Limited options, very little seafood. Just a shrimp cerviche with small shrimp and a crab salad that's actually shredded up imitation krab. The seafood casserole was a joke. All liquid hardly any seafood. Fried chicken had no flavor. Grilled beef was just okay. Sausages good. Vegetables cooked beyond recognition. Want prime rib? That's $15 extra on top of the $34 admission. Sad desserts, like you'd get in a second rate cruise buffet.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends. Everything was great except the prime rib. It looked great but was too tough and chewy. All of the other food was yummy!

Friendly atmosphere. Dealers are nice, has good variety of food. Good table games. Managers great. Was playing at a National casino for years and watched it go pay to play on table games.

Food selection was minimal. Salad bar did not have a good selection. Buffet was not worth money for number of items to choose from.

We were not expecting much from a buffet at a small casino but it exceededour expectations. Selections were not the greatest but the food was all prepared fresh. Quality over quantity wins every time We will go back when we are in the area

We love going to Lux! The food is always on point presentation is beautiful. The hostess Rose is absolutely a breath of fresh air to be greeted for our dining experience. She's very professional and efficient and does her job well. Our server, Ana, waits on us every time and there's not a minute where the glass is not full, the plates are not cleared. She is on point from the beginning to the end of our experience. Staff who takes care of the stations does such an excellent job making sure that everything is filled and visually aesthetic. We just love going there.

Quality of was not good at all. Some of the food was cold. We have eaten dinner there before and loved it. We got our breakfast free but would never eat breakfast. Service was very poor also. The waiter could not remember our order. Only came by once and I had to ask for more coffee. He was not very happy getting the coffee and it took for ever to get the coffee. I thanked him no response and just put down the cups and left. The two ladies in the desert area never asked us any help. They just kept talking to each other. Soon we are very disappointed with in all.

Excellent experience, food is delicious especially the wok station and the churrasco steak.

Food was terrible. It used to be so much better. No shrimp anymore. I got it for free so I guess I'm glad I didn't pay. It was $75 for two people if I had to pay. If you wanted to get prime rib it was an extra $16 per person. Totally not worth the cost if I had to pay. Not even worth $10 a person. Very low grade food.

The price is ridiculously expensive now and they served me raw chicken tenders in the middle. I would never eat here again! The owner still think he's working at Ritz-Carlton!

I would not recommend this place. It is definitely not worth the $35 a person. The salad bar you had two items to put on your salad they had one soup they had crab salad and potato salad. The salmon was fishy, the pork was the best, the steak was fatty. The best meats were the pork and the ribs. Baked potato - they gave you three choices for topping and they were called a “loaded potato” but all you had was sour cream, cheese and chives! The lady at the salad bar spoke no English. The desserts were “so so” but the probably the best part of the meal! Golden corral beats this place 10 times over! it's definitely not worth the money maybe worth $15.99 a person. We will never go back there but their grill and the pizza place is actually better.

It was OK. No food was delicious, but all was OK. WAY too hot waiting at the grill for a 1/8" piece of steak that could not be cooked medium rare. Ribs were OK, all was just OK.
