Why doesn’t everyone shop here? I wanted an espresso machine and they have a beautiful assortment. I was so happy to see how reasonable they were priced, I purchased their Italian made machine, they opened my box up and showed me how to use it, I was super nervous being new to it and they took the worry away. I came away with coffee, syrups and cups. The customer service was amazing, I spoke to other customers that come in all the time to purchase coffee they love this place and it’s so nice to support a local family owned business.

I dropped my espresso machine off at this store for repair on 11/11/22. I was charged a $125.00 fee just for them to look at it. A couple of weeks later I went to pick it per a voicemail and text. I drove over 1/2 hour to pick it up and nothing had been done to it. He told me he would have it fixed in a few days. This was the first lie. He called me to say it was fixed a few days later. I went to pick it up and he tried to charge me more after he said I didn't owe anything. Thank God I had this on text and VM or the person at the counter wasn't going to let me have it. I got it home and the first time I went to use it, same exact problem as when I dropped it off. I texted him with a video and told him nothing was done to this machine nor did anyone ever test it. I demanded my money back and he said he would credit it back. After waiting 6 days still no credit back to my CC. I texted him again and he said I am on my way to the store and I will text you a copy of the refund. Guess what? Another lie!!! Then he started saying I don't owe you a refund! Wow!!! I am contacting the CC company and I will dispute it. Thank God I have all his text and VM's. Someone recommended this place to me. I will make sure they know how I was treated and will make sure I let everyone I know about this place. I have owned many businesses and couldn't have imagined treating my customers like this! Disgusting!!!

Great family owned shop, they spent the time walking a newbie on espresso and coffee related drinks through setup and use of their machines. Highly recommended, great selection, personal service, they even responded on a Sunday when we had questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My DeLonghi espresso machine start leaking water and I took it to Victoria L'Originale to get a diagnostic and I was asked to pay $125 as a deposit. After 2 weeks the technician told me that he had to replace a gasket and the machine is working and ready to be picked up just to realize that the machine was still leaking water just like before. I refused to take it back as I was not satisfied with the service, communication and lack of willingness to look deeper into the problem so I searched online for ways to troubleshoot it and found out that was not the gasket but the brewing gasket support witch I ordered myself and replaced it with the help of Youtube videos. I asked for a refund but they refused. Waste of time and money!
