The piles of carts are at the entry area which is good. I haven't noticed if they had any baskets which is what I need most of the time. I noticed arrows on the ground for suggested paths but no one follows it not even the staff. The fruit and veggies area is a bit confusing and I haven't figured out their method just yet. It might be set up as to the sale items being right there when you enter ‍ I'm not too sure yet. So far I don't have issues with the staff they are nice enough and except for one staff who was putting grilled chicken in the cooler. She was amazing she had the most beautiful personality, she smiled a lot when she talked to people and she seems to connect to the costumers there. Some of the staff doing the online shopping is a bit moody well the females were anyway. The store is well organized, and has a flow to it but I can't seem to find ginger here though lol. The fruits is well prices and even some of their organic items are affordable. I docked out a star for the checkout lines though. Yes this is Walmart and I should expect it to have a line but I do see that they try to avoid this issue. Over all shopping here is a good experience. No major issues so far.

It seems always understaffed, or they just all work very slow and don't care. I would rather pay another dollar and go to Publix, much better customer experience.

Excellent store; has a nice display for fruits and vegetables; good variety of cheese; nice beauty, creams, shampoo; face masks and hair products; cheap price is awesome!

They have some of the laziest and terrible employees of any of the markets that I shop. Often stop on my way home to the beach in the evenings just to check out the the deli and bakery items marked down. Do buy an occasional frozen dinner but prefer shopping at Publix. I have encountered some of the worst employees in this store. Tonight I was in a cashier's line when a cashier came up from behind me waving a customer to a register that she was going to open bypassing me and the gentleman in front of me, she should have given us the opportunity to go next. It really pissed me off. Will only buy 1 or 2 items there from now on. Do not plan to really shop there, not treated well. A few employees are sitting down all the time, especially one lazy one at the so called "customer service" desk.

Great and quick service!! I simply love the fact that I can order pick up and just open my trunk and they are right there!! Also the place is nice always smells good, has everything and the outside is very clear at night.

It's the worst Marketplace. In the Hollywood area they never have anything every time you go there the shelves are bare. Like we just had a hurricane and somebody came in and bombarded it. They burn their chickens. I think it went in to get socks. They don't even have socks. It's crazy. The rack is there but no socks. No selection on kitty litter. No selection of frozen vegetables. It just sucks.

Believe it or not, this was my first time at a Walmart Market. They have fresh and clean produce along with almost everything you can find in a supermarket. Prices are not as cheap as I thought they would be.

No body at Register to check me out was forced to use self check out or leave the store with nothing. If I wanted to check out at Walmart I'd apply for a job. Don't need to say anything else that says it all

The shopping carts are always broken and there are very few of the smaller ones. I don't understand why they don't have baskets. Not everyone needs to buy a whole cart of groceries every time they go to the supermarket. There are some helpful people, but sometimes the floor staff is just nasty and annoyed. There is one customer service rep. who actually reprimanded me for asking where something was in the store. She didn't even tell me where the item would be, she just said " customer service is closing in 10 minutes" and was down right "bitchy" about it too. I have never had an unfriendly cashier. I have to say they are always friendly and kind. Sometimes the shelves are empty and they have put the cardboard boxes filled with items in the freezer without actually merchandising them, and they don't really pay attention to aisle width with their stackouts. It's hard to get by with the giant shopping carts. All in all though, their prices are the best and it's convenient because they are close se by.

This Walmart installed loud speaker on the side of the store facing residential building saying "this area is currently closed- please see store associate for assistance". This announcement is so loud so the whole neighborhood can hear it. They play this record every 2 min 24/7 non-stop, even at night! I feel like I live under N*** occupation- they torture locals with this record on purpose - I talked to general manager- nothing. The record keeps playing on repeat every two minutes. It's been like that for the past 48 hours already!!! Police report filed- so hopefully they will kick Walmart's a** soon!

The manager don't care that this is keeping us awake and I will start taking me business across the street to Publix. Let me know when you get it fixed!

I love this Walmart. Great prices and great location. I knocked off one star simply for the fact that I was looking at peppers in the produce section and an employee said "Excuse me." So naturally I moved thinking she just needed to grab something. She then proceeded to stock green onions and stood in front of me where I couldn't get to the peppers anymore. I walked away not buying them. Customers should come first. I know she wants to get done with her job but I just thought it was rude. Other than that one incident, the employees are usually very nice. I will come back because I won't let one bad apple ruin the bunch.

The store is filthy and un stocked. When asking an employee for help, they pretend they don't hear. There is one Spanish cashier that is nice though.

Grocery shopped after work at Walmart grocery on Sheridan St. Arrived at the check-out at 10pm and all cashier lanes were closed but there were 3 employees watching the self checkout lanes. I asked one if they were going to open a cashier lane and she said she didn't have anyone. I told her I had a full cart and she just shrugged her shoulders. The self checkout lanes are fine if you only have a couple of items but there is hardly the room on the conveyer belt for a full cart of groceries. There is a Publix Grocery across the street which will get my business from now on.

Dirty, disorganized, long lines. Most employees don't speak English. Manager Pilar was not helpful when asked for assistance.
