Great pork ribs! Probably best in South Florida. Spoke with the gentleman pitmaster and this is their commissary location (business park, not restaurant), hence it is only takeout. They do a lot of markets and events but all the cooking is done at this location. They take the craft seriously. If you want to pick up some back door bbq with some real flavor go here. They take card but appreciates cash. I think they also are on the delivery apps. Wholly smoke!

The pork ribs were seasoned & smoked to perfection. The ribs were juicy and not dryed out. No sauce needed for the ribs.
The cornbread was very moist. The sweet & salt were balanced perfectly.
