I have had some BBQ in my day and nothing, and I mean nothing, approaches the taste and texture of Wholly Smoke BBQ.
I catered a lunch for my office staff and colleagues of 16 people, and dealing with the owner Phara was such a pleasure. Planning the event was simple and easy. I told Phara what I wanted - sliced brisket, pulled pork, and St. Louis ribs - Phara suggested the sides to go along with the entrees and voila it was done.
In sum, the food was beyond delicious, the staff punctual, reliable, and courteous in making the delivery to my office, and what really blew my mind, the price was incredibly affordable, which I was able to pay online. The best deal on four wheels.
Wholly Smoke, however, is not a food truck. Phara has a restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal or takeout for eating at home or with friends. For these reasons I give Phara and Wholly Smoke five stars

Showed up for my pick up order and it was closed midday Sunday. Circled back later and they were open. They were out of ribs and corn bread which was disappointing but it happens. The guy told me he threw in extra brisket and pulled pork but thought the portions were small considering the price.
The food was meh, not bad but did not satisfy my BBQ hankering.

Some of the best ribs I've had in a while drove way from Oakland Park just to try ribs that look like I cook them and I wasn't disappointed smoke ring on the ribs were perfect you can tell that they were cooked the temperature not dried out or burnt I recommend this to anybody in Broward county or who's willing to drive for great book the ribs the sides were also excellent

Found this place after asking Google for bar-be-cue near me. Followed directions to a warehouse where we met Jerry who treated us well. We got a slab of St Louis ribs,, collard greens and Haitian rice. Can honestly say these ribs were the best ever. Smoked and delicious. The sides were excellent. We will be back, again, and again!

I ordered the brisket platter with baked beans and macaroni & cheese, and added spicy bbq sauce as well. Everything tasted great and was very fresh! The customer service was also really good. This hidden gem honestly doesn't have a lot to envy from the bigger barbecue chains. I highly recommend it!!
