One of the best spots for real food in So Flo. I have favorites, or I don't because I truly enjoy everything I try! But I do get the Red Velvet latte every time I go! The food & desserts are delicious and fresh! The place has a natural relaxed atmosphere & the owners genuinely welcoming & engaging! The good food & energy is always nourishing for body, mind & soul!

A charming little vegan spot with a warm, cozy vibe. We really enjoyed the inviting atmosphere—comfy sofas, communal tables, and a lovely corner nook stocked with books for a quiet read. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the service felt genuinely thoughtful. He even offered us a complimentary cake as we were leaving (and an extra when he learnt it was my wife's birthday), which was a sweet touch. I'd have happily given it 5 stars, but the pricing felt a bit steep for the portion size and flavor. A bit more on the plate and a touch more taste would’ve made it perfect.

Amazing “alien” food!!!!! Nothing tastes like anything you’ve ever had before in the best way!!!! Everything is SO fresh, SO filling. The owners are so lovely and educated on the food. It is truly and mom and pop shop experience!!! Yoga every Monday at 7pm and meditation every Wednesday at 7pm!
Best dishes I recommend: - live Thai (have to try it omg) - tuna tastes JUST LIKE TUNA! - kale & quinoa salad - onion bread!!!!!!!! (My absolute favorite) - blue monkey (it’s insanely delicious) - lentil bread - black bean burger - every single type of pie (my favorite is mango pie, but the coconut chocolate pie is a very close second)

We stopped here while on vacation and all I can say is WOW! The food was amazing! The potato salad and pie were especially good but everything I took a bite of was quality stuff. Plenty of gluten free options for me and also tastes good to my gluten-loving husband. Very kind staff as well.
Absolutely scrumptious. You can taste the love in the food. The service was amazing. The couple that were working there showed how much they love what they do and how much they enjoy making their customers happy. After eating their healthy food, you feel light and able to take on whatever the day brings you. Even though it was healthy, if it was full of flavor and excitement. I look forward to returning to this restaurant.
