Just visited for the first time and I’m blown away! Makayla at the drive thru was as personable as she was knowledgeable and more than happy to give recommendations! And she gave amazing ones across the board! If I had somewhere to hire someone as thrilled by new customer engagement as her I would have offered her a job on the spot.

We're visiting the area and have come to this 7brew a few days in a row. Both days the service was great. Today one of the employees noticed the Just Married sign on our car. She was so sweet and excited for us, then she gave us two free drink cards and two ornaments. It was so kind! Made our day

Love their coffee!! This is my favorite coffee spot ever and the workers are very nice and accommodating but I wish they didn’t blast the music all day, that ruins the vibe for me when I go and I can barely hear the worker taking my order when they’re right at my window :(

I’m a loyal 7 Brew customer, but this visit was completely unacceptable. The wait time was ridiculous, and the staff’s attitude was even worse. The rudeness and lack of basic customer service were shocking — especially for a brand that usually prides itself on being fast, friendly, and consistent.
This location seriously needs to address its staffing, training, and overall professionalism. I left frustrated and disappointed, and unless things change, I won’t be returning to this location. 7 Brew can do much better than this.
The vibe of this whole place is absolutely amazing! They play amazing music and the customer service is spot on! My sister is not a big coffee person But wanted to try it! Adi was Very patient with her and even made the same drink twice to make sure she likes it! Renee was also absolutely amazing! She really made us feel welcomed and had great conversations! Thank you guys!!

Service was great, we pulled up to the ordering area, the staff was friendly and explained the menu on the different drinks. I appreciated the ambience and music played with speakers outside, drinks came out looking delicious and appealing. Drive up in parking areas were clean. Person ( young lady) taking our order was courteous and she cleaned the cup to wipe off any excess; (this was a good gesture because I don’t want any sticky coffee syrup crap-on my car cups )we will certainly come back again. It’s great to see one in my neighborhood.
