Acai Express and Creamery

Super slow service. Short staffed. No sense of urgency. I ordered two bowls and there were four people after me who ordered drinks and the staff prepared the four people after me before my order. It took about 30 minutes to get my bowls. Prices are also not displayed accurately on the menu. Acai bowls are delicious but not worth the price. It was $45 for two bowls.

Place is clean but customer service is terrible. Came here the first time and spend over $40 which is actually extremely expensive for 2 bowls but I didn’t stress it, at least the bowls were full. My second time coming would be now and they basically gave me 1 scoop of mango. When I went inside to inquire about it they literally pulled out bowls and wanted me to deconstruct my bowl to somehow count how many scoops they gave. They even took it as far as putting 1 scoop into a bowl and saying “this is what 1 scoop looks like” THEN they took that scoop and put it back into the freezer, VERY unsanitary thing to do and really just rude. You can see in the photo that they barely gave me any mango. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here, for the money spent, service should be 100 times better and portions like this are unacceptable. I spent $26 today (due to me having a $5 discount) and I got shit. It’s mainly fruit and granola. Go to the other 2 açaí places in nearby or to planet smoothie at least you’ll receive a full bowl, and better more sanitary customer service. I really should be getting my money back for these bowls. Also please note that her first response to me was “the girl who made your bowls left already, I’m not the one that made them” … not sure what that had to do with anything.

We regularly visit this place, for the first time we felt uncomfortable, Miss Asknelys with a very bad attitude since we entered because it was close to closing time, they prepared the bowls for us in a bad way, saying rude things, to make matters worse, they gave us flat lids and When we got home it looked like a frappe, all the ingredients mixed together.

paid 20$ for a medium bowl to have barely any granola and wasn’t filled to the top. wasn’t worth the 20$ for them to just put the açaí blend in there and to be stingy on the toppings

You saw them tonight and I had a great experience from the taste, the service and the wait time. I was served by Miss Aksnelys, a very attentive and kind young woman who took the time to guide me and help me with my order. Overall 100/10 I loved it!

Went right when they opened, only customer there. 1st timer and she was really helpful in explaining the differences. She showed me the vegan options and I went w/ the "Malibu" w/out the coconut shavings. It tasted and looked GREAT. Wanted to go back for lunch.

Food is great, acai is great. But they definitely need to work on checking order details for online orders. They’ve forgotten ingredients numerous times that I’ve paid extra for and it’s really frustrating not being able to get what you paid for. And they also remove ingredients that I did not asked to be removed. The employees there really need to work on that!

Terrible açai, employed doesn’t looks like they want to work, just put my order later because “ take so long to make” unbelievable.If you want to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, this is the place.

Wonderful experience. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Never had acai like this before and it was delicious. Coconut sorbet base is incredible!
