I witnessed a staff handle my fruit with bare hands and when I politely questioned her, she denied it. She then proceeded to make a rude remark in Spanish about “having to wear gloves” to her co worker. They were not aware that I speak Spanish. Extremely unprofessional and also unhygienic, gloves should be a basic standard when handling food.

So the bowl looks nice. So does the ice cream. But the cotton candy ice cream is not cotton candy it's vanilla dyed heavy in blue. And the Acai in the bowl is VERY DRY. And the pistachio cream has no flavor.
The young ladies there are nice and had great customer service. But the food is bad.

Delish as always. First time in the Davenport location - I have only been to the cocoa one. I went for years and the Davenport location did not disappoint. The girls could be a little more welcoming but overall a very good experience. The food was great !
