First time at Adlers since we don’t have them in Canada, and I had to see if the hype was real. Verdict? Mixed bag.
Kids’ burgers = sliders. Tiny but decent.
Fries = absolute fire… but I asked for no salt, and I think they forgot and just backed up a whole salt truck instead.
Twisty burger = wife-approved.
Bourbon BBQ burger = solid, but lowkey tasted more like a wine reduction than bourbon. Not mad, just confused.
Spicy cauliflower = nice kick, good crunch. Respect.
Jalapeño fire crackers = crispy/chewy balance was chef’s kiss.
Burgers overall? Meh. Patties were dense and kinda rubbery, like they forgot the good beef blend.
Would I go back? Maybe. But mostly for the fries (with a salt check) and sides, not the burgers.

Don't understand how this has close to 5 stars, the booths are pretty small, and the burgers aren't great, a bit overcooked and spare on ingredients. they also messed up our order, leaving out ingredients from the burgers. But everyone who works there is really nice and fixed the issue with food missing.

Food was burnt spent 45 ordered mushrooms and carmelized onions on my burger and everything was burnt tried to call for a refund and no one answered will be back tomorrow for a refund

Would NOT return to this location again. I saw the cook smash the burgers down hard with his weight at least twice. Burgers were DRY because of it. French fries were barely warm. Management needs to address this cooks lack of skills. We normally go to Winter Haven location which is amazing and day and night better. Only 1 customer in front of us, NO EXCUSES.

Been here several times and ordered chicken burgers. However, on Friday evening 11/09, the guy at the till said we have never done chicken burgers. Very strange - we walked out. Interesting to know if this is true / management issue? BUT your website menu shows otherwise - who is telling the truth!!!

Absolutely delicious, juicy burgers! I always get the classic and it’s been consistently good quality. The lettuce, onions and tomatoes are so fresh and crisp. The first time I went to Adlers was 2 years ago and I’m so happy that the quality is still amazing. The fries are perfect. I ordered wings too and the garlic Parmesan were not that amazing, but the habanero mango ones were more tasty. I think I am not used to the way they make wings in the south. But burgers are 10/10!! The people working behind the counter were super friendly!
