My fiance and I ordered the egg drop soup and the chicken corn soup for delivery. When we started eating, the egg in the first soup had mold on it and the chicken corn was served with no flavor and my fiance found pieces of plastic and a piece of raw egg in it. This is absolutely disgusting! We have ordered from here before but now we never will again. I can’t believe the ignorance and negligence.

Food wasn't good don't know if it was a bad night but was almost inedible, lemon chicken was like rock on the outside then looked odd on the inside, rice snd noodles were stuck in a block, not a good experience

The food was alright in my opinion, not the best around. As I was chewing my food though, I found a long piece of metal wire that twisted its way around the food. It wasn’t visible from the outside so that means they cooked with it. Luckily I felt it in my mouth otherwise who knows what would’ve happened. I included a photo of the chewed food, fair warning to those sensitive about that stuff.

We ordered through Door dash. The bone less spare ribs we so thin and so dry , the bourbon chicken was so thin and so dry.
The prawn crackers were stale.
I made a call to Bamboo wok about this, they had no apologie , they said just call door dash and even hung up on me , twice.
Bamboo wok make this bad food and send it out but blame door dash. Very very poor

I had high hopes for the Lemon Chicken but those were quickly dashed once the order arrived. The lemon sauce came seperate from the dish, very pleased with that thought; but lacked flavor and heavily watered down.The egg fried rice was also lacking in flavor, a seasoning packet from a spicy ramen packet and refried in sesame oil could not improve it. Lastly the chicken itself must've come from the same place McDonald's orders their nuggets from, compressed breast meat in a thick tempura batter, too cakey to be edible. I cannot recommend this place and totally understand the low rating.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! This might’ve been the most rude and worst place i’ve ever ordered from. Half of my order was not even available from their website and when i tried to call, the owner was yelling at me and told me i couldn’t get a refund. She was absolutely unprofessional and talked over me. She didn’t even call us to let us know if something was available or not. She took our money and scammed the service. Absolutely disgraceful service. Place shouldn’t even be in business.

Sorry guys but you won't get a reward for being helpful we are tourists so don't understand your menu you're very arrogant and food not that good ordered sweet n sour chicken got chicken nuggets and a sauce no veg in it
I've gone to this place since 2015. The staff is short with you because they are so busy however, the food is always correct and delicious. I live in Orlando now and drive here with my husband, no resturants in orlando compare. Plus no MSG!
