I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a cup and because the person creating the scoop with the scooper has to put a little bit of muscle into it, they tend too stop before the full scoop is actually formed. You end up paying 5 dollars for a partial scoop. This is a common theme at all Baskin Robbin’s.
The other major issue is that you may be purchasing ice cream that is at the bottom of a 5 gallon container. This happened to me. The ice cream tasted like the refrigerator and within 30 minutes, I felt sick to my stomach.

You guys just cost me $145 in addition to the cost of my milkshake. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Large Jamocha Shake tonight at 8:30 pm. It had Almonds in it. I am allergic. Took the shake in and asked why it had nuts in it and told him I am allergic. The employee said "That's what we have right now, the Jamocha Almond Ice Cream. Do you want something else?" I left the shake on the counter and rushed home so I could get my epipen. They are expensive. That is $145 I don't just have lying around.

wow! This Basking Robins is in decadence. Nasty floors, water spilled in one corner just an accident to happen! The whole store looks nasty, like no ones cleans it! No cakes on the fridge, asked for toppings and had barely none. What is going on here? Who runs this Baskin Robins?

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband at the Champions Gate location in Florida. The service was poor and they didn’t know what I was talking about when I went by to pick up the cake. It took all three Black guys working in there to figure it out. The cake part was old and stale, and for a $50 cake it should have been fresh and delicious. I won’t waste my money there ever again. Plus, there wasn’t any ice cream to buy. The bins were empty. We bought 6 donuts and they were stale.Don’t go there, it’s a waste of time.

Probably the worst Baskin Robbin’s in the United States. No labels on the flavors, no bananas, no hot fudge. Employees didn’t know how to make the sundaes we ordered (off the damn menu) and worst yet, just didn’t care. Unbelievably bad.

There were only 24 tubs in the case -- definitely not "31 flavors" -- and more than half of them weren't labeled. When I remarked on it, the employee just said "yeah." He didn't take it upon himself to identify the flavors. I asked what the flavors were, and he asked which ones. When I said that I wanted to know all of the flavors, he named fewer than half of what was there and said something about a bunch of them being reuse of other ones or something (really couldn't understand what he was talking about).My family and I quickly realized that we weren't going to be able to get service here and left.
