Count your days. I walked in at 9:05, they close at 10. That’s when disaster struck - the door… locked. The employees; blank stares as we claw viciously at the handle, praying our miracle happens. Yet to no avail, they watched us writhe in the cold, harsh world without my sweet, savory pralines and cream and cotton candy. I will never forget this Baskin Robbins at Champions Gate. May these horrors never beseech another soul. 6 7, this is a real comment.
After further evaluation and analysis upon the matter, i rate this 5 out of 5. It seems not going in was the best service we couldve gotten. Ive heard stories of fermented ice cream and honestly, the eldritch horrors we faced could never surmount to such heinous acts. You should be ashamed Baskin Robbins at Champions Gate.

Paid almost $20 did Ice cream for the staff to be unprofessional. We asked for a sugar cone said they don’t have any. Then gave my husband A great scoop and then gave me like nothing? What did I pay $20 for? I would try a different one

Visited this location on Sunday after spending half of my day at Disney. They had only 2 flavors of ice cream at 3pm. My little sister was very disappointed; she really wanted ice cream on her birthday. The employee was rude when asked about the lack of ice cream.

They close the door in our face at 8:55pm on Sunday June 8. The employee see my kid and ignore him totally. He was very un professional. Because we wait in the door then he came back to us and told us the we can go to the drive tru. Really bad service
The ice cream was old, the strawberry syrup was fermented, sadly a poor variety of ice cream flavors.

Disappointed is a huge understatement. I have been here twice in the past week and neither one was worth my money; I will not be back don’t worry! The first time, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and to my surprise you claimed to not have chocolate. However, you did have vanilla so I suggested mixing vanilla ice cream with the mocha sauce to create a chocolate milkshake. That seemed to be too much work. Then someone miraculously found chocolate ice cream in the back. Fast forward to today, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and, once again, out of chocolate. You did have a quart size in the freezer with the cakes so I purchased that and thankfully, you made a milkshake with that. BUT the consistency could never be compared to a milkshake. It was water thin. I threw it away. Maybe this is the universe telling me to quit the ice cream. But maybe it should just simply be that you guys do better. I guess I’ll never know.

The delivery order I got from this place was both melted and given to me with BLOODSTAINED SPOONS. For your HEALTH, STEER CLEAR!

I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a cup and because the person creating the scoop with the scooper has to put a little bit of muscle into it, they tend too stop before the full scoop is actually formed. You end up paying 5 dollars for a partial scoop. This is a common theme at all Baskin Robbin’s.
The other major issue is that you may be purchasing ice cream that is at the bottom of a 5 gallon container. This happened to me. The ice cream tasted like the refrigerator and within 30 minutes, I felt sick to my stomach.
