I need to let you know how TERRIBLE my experience was for my Birthday Lunch. Our server was Zach, & he was awful! Luckily we ordered our first round of drinks from the bar, so we had something to occupy us during our wait. First of all, we ordered pork nachos, with no onions or jalapenos....& they came out WITH onions. We picked the onions off & tried some of the nachos that weren't touched by them....but they were incredibly salty (looked like parmesan chez was dumped all over them). Worst tasting nachos we had ever tried!!! So we sent them back & ordered food. I asked Zach about the fried fish tacos (if he recommends them & what kind of fish they were) & he informed us that he didn't know what kind of fish they were, but grilled fish tacos was ordered more often then fried. I decided to try the fried fish tacos with only shredded cheese & tomatoes on them. I also ordered another drink at the same time. Well, it took way longer than expected for our food (my husband ordered wings)& when it did finally come out, I still hadn't even gotten my drink. I had already been sitting for a long time (well over 10 minutes) without anything to drink...not good! FINALLY he brought it out & I could try my food. Well, I took a bite & realized it didn't taste right. I opened up one of the fried pieces & noticed that he had brought me fried SHRIMP tacos!!! I was pissed!!! I had my heart set on fish tacos for my Birthday lunch & got served SHRIMP! I didn't say anything because I was already so upset how our ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I didn't want to spend anymore time there, I just wanted to leave. Our server never even stopped by to check & see how our food was going, so I never even got a chance to tell him it was the wrong food. My husband had to eventually go inside to get to go box...& eventually Zach came out with the check. And that's when I noticed we were also CHARGED for shrimp tacos instead of fish (fish tacos are cheaper)....but like I stated, I just wanted to leave that place & not waste anymore of our day. This was an ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....& it was supposed to be a great Birthday Outing for me. It was NOT ?

This is my first visit to this establishment after living in the area for 3 years. I brought along my family and in-laws. As we entered it took several minutes to be attended to even though a couple servers saw us. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged and greeted. A waitress finally came to us and told us to seat ourselves. We sat in a booth and it took 10 minutes to even have a waitress assigned to us. A waitress greeted us and told us that our server would be with us soon. She then came back several minutes later, saying “I guess I’m serving you”. She took our drink orders and we waited at least 10 minutes before she came back saying that she was still waiting on our drinks. Mind you the restaurant had a few guests but was in no way packed. Then another 5mins passed and she came with 2 out of 3 drinks and said she made them herself because the person at the bar wasn’t making them. But advised my husband that he had to wait because she wasn’t too sure how to make them herself. Our wait for food was also very long. Towards the end a group came in that was seated (almost immediately) behind us and they were tended to immediately by another waitress. The one who was assigned to our area, but at this point it became clear that waitress refused to attend to us (my assumption). They got their drinks very quickly as well. I regret staying as it wasn't a friendly environment and it now seems that it was clear, it was not suppose to be.
Sarah is the best bartender and personable person, we go every Friday night and she is there with our drinks ready for us. She is definitely the best!!!!

Rudest server and manager I have ever had. I will not be back. I said something was missing from my food. Now I’m a person with high anxiety. So speaking up for myself is very hard. So I noticed it halfway through. That I was missing shrimp. I tried to get my servers attention. She didn’t notice me. So I got up and asked the person who sat me. She said she’d get my server. All of a sudden my server comes over. Telling me how I already ate half. Yes, yes I did eat half without noticing. She rolled her eyes and didn’t believe me. Told her manager he came over. Sits down with his knees on the floor point at my plate saying “you ate half ” and I said yes. And he said are you sure. Because it always comes with it. Didn’t believe me at all. You lost a customer I come here every other week or so with my best friend or just by myself. Now I will no longer be coming back. I’m not mad but it wasn’t there and I’m not one to lie. Maybe check your food and with your chef and the person who carried out the food (who wasn’t my server) then talk bad about me. Worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years so far. Always love to see how other restaurants operate. It’s okay just a minor customer who’s business you forever lost.

AMAZING!! I had the Dubliner, my husband had the Philly, both were fantastic. We also had the funnel fries…Delicious!! Our waitress, Brooke, was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and inviting. Bathroom stalls are a little small, but clean. We will definitely be back!
