They control access to this place like TSA, can’t bring in food or drinks but they don’t have enough staff working. We waited 25 minutes to order a drink next to people who waited over 30 mins. Absurd.Meanwhile they have 8 people walking around patrolling the pool.

ONE ISSUE THAT I HOPE MANAGEMENT READS.For this type of resort the food and drinks were solid. No complaints. Staff was friendly and fun.One major issue… they close at 6 when the pool closes. It would be great if the bar and grill would stay open later… until 9. Even talking to the bartenders, they wouldn’t mind as they would keep making tips.

The bar atmosphere was good, the dining atmosphere wasn’t as pleasant due to loud music, not enough menus and lacklustre service. We sat to dine in, our order was taken, and then all of our food was brought out wrapped in to go boxes and bags. The fries were stale, and not everyone got theirs so we had to go back. Staff was pleasant when we went back. The mahi (mahi tacos) was over cooked and there was no cilantro sauce, only sour cream. The flavour was okay, not bland. Great potential, more attentiveness and care needed to service and quality of food delivered.

I came with a Vintage refill cup was charge full price and taunted , the server that charged my tab full price said “ I wasn’t sure if someone was bootlegging cups “ So I had to make sure you could use your cup at the refill price!
Food was absolutely delicious, when our order was correct. We stayed her 4 nights, ordered once a day, and everytime, something was wrong or missing. Also, the flies were unbelievable...after the second day we were really grossed out and stopped going to the main bar.Most of the staff is friendly, and we loved the cheaper refills for drinks!

Had a really bad experience here at the bar. First time that I went I asked for two bears and one of the bartender gave them to me without issue like one hour after that I went to the bar again and I expended like 5 minutes waiting for the bartender a lady that was doing nothing to help me. After waiting for her I asked her for 4 margaritas because I was with my wife my cousin and her wife and she told me she was only allowed to give me 1 drink a at time and I said ok so she game me one for me and one for my cousin and I went to the pool and when my cousin and I came back to ask her for another two margaritas she told me that she wasn’t gonna do it because she already gave us one and that if we wanted more the other two that were on the pool had to come.y wife and my cousin’s wife were at the pool with two little kids under 2. She was expecting them to get out and ask for margaritas. I don’t think this is okay and the way she was treating us was not right. The pool is great and the pool team is amazing but the bar is awful the drinks were not even good.

Says restaurant is open till six even called to confirm it was open till 6 walked in at 5:32 to order chicken wings and they said the kitchen is closed! I was told the kitchen closes at 5:30 and there’s nothing they can do.
