It's a shame that the cashier is so rude and not at all friendly. I'm sure the owners may not know what kind of person they have when they open the door to their business. The food was good but the lady in front, the same one who brings the food to the table, made a mistake and gave our food to other tables (mistakes happen) but since she is not oriented to environmental control and quality of a food business because since you are going to take the food from the other table where they talked and bring it to our table, she got upset because I told her to change the food for me, ma'am, she asked, would you eat the food that was placed on another table where they talked about your food?
After that it was even worse and not even a good meal, he said when he brought the food back that we know it was the same because the first time the food took about 10-15 minutes and the second time it happened only 2 minutes per clock and on top of that he obviously heated it in the microwave because only the rice was hot the rest was cold and the Alcapurrias were chewy. And to make matters worse, he reluctantly threw the plates on the table and didn't say anything to us. Yesterday they have a camera you can see it was today 2/15 at 2:25pm.
Owner of this business, do not allow other people to damage what you contracted and sacrificed to build. That lady shouldn't be the first person to receive her clients.
Terrible service and how sad because it is a Puerto Rican business (I am Puerto Rican and theirs are patricians) and I am sure that the person who served us was Cuban with such a terrible attitude. I will not return and I do not recommend it with service from a person like that.
This owners don't let others harm your business.

It had been ordered here countless times and the experience had been good. Today I ordered breaded chicken, with tostones, the tostones were soft, the chicken had a raw bite and the beans were pale and tasteless, the mini cordon blue did not arrive. An hour of waiting, for this disappointment. In total $50 was paid for a terrible order. Before leaving this review, I called to tell the person in charge about my experience, with my best intentions, the cashier told me that the person was not going to answer my call. So I understood that they didn't have good customer service either, so then it's time to talk about my experience in an honest review.

They got pictures on the wall you can buy which is kinda fun. The food is the star of the show though. I can't stop myself from buying a Cuban sandwich even when I go for breakfast. Every time I go I have to get it. The breakfast sandwiches are great, and the pastries are delicious!
