This is the second time I go to th8s location and my food is incomplete first time we ordered the Adam's meal I got home and the chocolate sauce for churros was missing, today we went and the churros were sold out and when I get home I was missing the onion rings ,I ordered two whopper with cheese my whopper didn't had cheese,the person taking the order inside was either new oh just didn't care about doing her job right.The food was good but service wsx terrible. I would never go back to that location again.

Unprofessional female employees. They couldn't understand a simple order through the drive thru, someone else had to step in. At the window, the girls were talking and giggling amongst themselves, and one of them came to the window and yelled at the car behind us and started waving. Extremely unprofessional to not only ignore customers at the window, but to scream at the car behind while we're there waiting for our food. The girls were extremely unprofessional and it didint look like they were doing much other than disrupting and talking. The gentleman who ended up taking our order pretty much did everything, while they snickered and talked. He was very professional and helpful, apologized for the wait the girls caused and did everything he could for us to have a good experience. Ultimately, they still got the order wrong. Those girls should not work in customer service with that extremely unprofessional attitude, or "ghetto" as one of the girls yelled.
This happened on Thursday, October 10th, the girls seemed to be young, two African Americans and a brunette. The gentleman had green eyes and curly brown hair. He deserves a raise, and the girls need to get fired.

So we order online and go thru the drive thru. Halfway home my son says his kidsmeal is missing the burger! Halfway home is only 3/4 minutes away and I uturn to go back. My son asks if I'm gonna give them a piece of my mind lol. I said no, I'm just gonna let them know nicely they made a mistake. We had to go in bc drive thru line was long at this point. Went in a staff was super nice and apologetic to both me and my son. They went above and beyond to make it right. Very happy with the experience.

The employees at this store are always so nice, one recommeded a FIRE frosty drink, another gave my kid a crown. I wouldve given 5 stars but driving all the way home and realizing i didnt get any condiments is contributing to my depression. I will be back.

Unlike other locations, this place never misses. The burgers are huge and fresh. I'm a Realtor and sometimes I have to eat on the go. I don't go often, but every time it's been delicious.
