I stopped in to this restaurant and tried to use a coupon from Burger King. The person taking the order said it was not valid, but was vague about why. He seemed to indicate that it was because it did not come from their restaurant. He acted like he was going to check with someone else and went over to another area. He never gave me the option of ordering something different. After several minutes, he had not come back. I decided the smartest course of action was just leave and go elsewhere. They were not busy and appeared to be adequately staffed. So, there was not a good reason why.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. They seriously should consider just closing this location. They are slow. The order is always wrong. The staff is rude. The management is even ruder. They are just bad. I cannot describe this store any better than JUST BAD.

the parking lot is dirty, the service sucked, fries was hot but no salt, sweet tea was nasty!!! the king bacon had no flavor!

Stopped for lunch, I got a whopper and my wife a "Big Fish". Whopper was ok. They should rename the fish sandwich " The Little Minnow" . Waste of time. Fish was an over sized fish stick surrounded by lots of bun. If you like bread buy the sandwich because the fish will not fill your appetite.

The Original Chicken sandwich is something I have loved for years & I was craving 1 tonight. Stopped by this Loughman Crossing location, as it was on my way home (about 730pm). Drive thru lines were backed up, so I went inside. There were 2 employees up front & I only saw 1 in the back (there could have been more, but I didn't see anyone else). Ordered my meal & was on my way. I ordered the #10 meal with medium fries & bottled water. I live less than 2 miles away and by the time I sat down to eat, the sandwich was cold - not even lukewarm, but cold & dried out. I've had good sandwiches from here before, but this one tasted as if it had been sitting out a long time. Not sure when I'll be back, but this BK is still better than the one at 27 & I4.

This is to no one but the owner himself, every time I come to this location they have me wait at the first window so when I pull up to the second window the computer or system thinks that there moving the line quick, cause you get your food right when you pull up to the second window after waiting at the other one for 30/40 min, all this does is piss off people behind me, I had someone so mad they threw a lit cigarette in my car and cut the line and got in front of me I do not appreciate it and it's absurd, take care of this matter immediately, cause it's not fair.
I have been at this BK various times and fortunately it is like the other BK in the area. Super clean, good service, and friendly staff, yes friendly staff, something that's missing from other BK's.
