We just finished eating there. The food was amazing! Even our picky son devoured his food. Everyone is so friendly. Great prices and good quality! Definitely recommend!
The food was delicious! It reminded me of the food back in PR. The prices are great and the amount of food is enough to give you a food coma lol. I’m glad the guy next door was closed because if it wasn’t for that, we wouldn’t have driven a bit further and find this gem! I forgot to take a picture of the food because as soon as I saw it, I started attacking that plate, but we will be back soon and I’ll try to remember to take pictures :) We had chuleta frita with white rice and beans. Those beans were delicious!

Wow! First time and wont be the last! Being Puertorican I cannot begin to describe how EXCITED I was when I saw Caribe Fusion!!! The food and the piña colada were AMAZING!!! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming!!! Me da alegría saber que podemos conseguir un cantito de PR por acá! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow! I just had the shrimp scampi from this food truck and I fell in LOVE. It was super delicious and the plantains were too! I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try. The man that took my order was also friendly and helpful which is a plus!

Tried this food truck today at Telco Brewery in Santa Clarita. The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious. Santa Clarita needs more variety like this Puerto Rican/Cuban food.
