The car in front of us took forever in the 1st lane. We waited patiently. This was our 3rd visit to this location. Finally gave our order and had to wait behind the same car that took forever to order. The guy brings us our food and we cannot move because the car in front of us was still waiting. We again waited patiently. My husband never complains until today. He asked me to get out and ask the car that was waiting to please move up. At that time another employee was taking the car behinds us their food. I told the employee that our food was getting cold. He said oh, sorry. I’ll have the car move up. The food was not fresh and had no tastes. After 3 visits to this location, I’ve given up on them. They need to learn how to cook and present great food like the one on Daniel’s Rd in Winter Garden.

As a frequent business traveler, I have encountered numerous Chick-fil-A establishments. However, the most recent experience I had was particularly unsatisfactory. Despite a relatively short wait time of approximately two to three minutes, which was sufficient to place my breakfast order, I encountered significant delays. The vehicle in front of me was taking an excessively long time to process, resulting in a delay of approximately 30 minutes. By the time the employee approached me, it was precisely 10:30 AM. Upon receiving this information, the employee informed me that I was eligible to place my breakfast order at the window, as it had already been 10:30 AM when I arrived. However, despite this opportunity, I was unable to place my order. The employee only offered me a complimentary lunch as a gesture of goodwill. This incident highlights the need for Chick-fil-A to improve its operational efficiency, particularly given the considerable time I had to wait.

The worst customer service. Went through the drive thru they messed up the order, so I had to go thru a 2nd time I asked for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich for my trouble (I already spent $25) per Micheal the best he could do is give me a cookie he said with a smirk, I don't eat cookies, could I get a coupon or something else he said no. The only thing he would do is let me return my food and give my money back. He would rather give me back my money and leave me dissatisfied. Horrible service this was Thursday night approx 6:30pm. I did put in a complaint with customer service. Hopefully he will receive better training.

Always love chick-fil-a especially when on a road trip. They always hit the mark.
This location is a drive thru and walk up window. There is no sit down inside like most. It was actually kind of cool.
The only issue was the drive thrunhad long lines and so did the walk up window. It took a bit longer than usually. Same amount of customers and maybe not enough staff as a regular location because it isn't a full size restaurant.

Disappointed! This location was good! Now they are getting stingy with the chicken they give out. The 8 piece is more like 4 (tiny pieces)
And for the Cob salad you barely find the chicken! I paid $10 something & only like 4 little piece of chicken. 12/6/2025 6:45pm

I used to go to Vhic Fil-A daily; however, I have not been to a Chick-fil-A in over a year. TBH, it seemed like I would crave it most on Sundays. Lol. I decided to go there Saturday night, 11/22, around 6:30, and there was a curly-haired, short, Hispanic (maybe) girl on the left side of the drive-thru. I pulled up a little past here so I could look at the menu. As soon as I did that, she turned around and took the order of the car behind me.
So, I pulled up, ordered at the pickup window, told them I hadn't ordered, and then ordered my food. I then had to wait ten minutes while cars ahead of me arrived and were served before me. This is significant because none of my food was fresh/warm/hot. The chicken soup was hot, but it was not fresh or tasty. The ten-count nuggets and fries were room temperature. The fire-roasted sauce was amazing as usual, but would have tasted better on warm or hot food.
Chick-fil-A is off the list of go-to food places for good! If they had nothing else, they had great customer service. Not this place. Not anymore.
