I used to go to Vhic Fil-A daily; however, I have not been to a Chick-fil-A in over a year. TBH, it seemed like I would crave it most on Sundays. Lol. I decided to go there Saturday night, 11/22, around 6:30, and there was a curly-haired, short, Hispanic (maybe) girl on the left side of the drive-thru. I pulled up a little past here so I could look at the menu. As soon as I did that, she turned around and took the order of the car behind me.
So, I pulled up, ordered at the pickup window, told them I hadn't ordered, and then ordered my food. I then had to wait ten minutes while cars ahead of me arrived and were served before me. This is significant because none of my food was fresh/warm/hot. The chicken soup was hot, but it was not fresh or tasty. The ten-count nuggets and fries were room temperature. The fire-roasted sauce was amazing as usual, but would have tasted better on warm or hot food.
Chick-fil-A is off the list of go-to food places for good! If they had nothing else, they had great customer service. Not this place. Not anymore.

Food is always great. Service, they have two drive thru lanes, but only use one of them at the pickup point. So it takes a long time to get your food. Atmosphere, there is none. It is a drive thru restaurant with the few outdoor tables next to the large trash cans and grease tub. It stinks to sit outside.
The people that take the orders I guess are not to move from the menu signs. Otherwise they could get more orders taken and force the other pickup lane to open.
The prices are the same at all Chick fil a's. Wish they had indoor seating or put the trash cans somewhere other than where you smell them.

I have been eating at Chick-fil-A from coast to Coast and I dislike this one the most! The female employee taking my order was not friendly at all. The guy handing my order to me at the window had zero personality, didnāt thank me or smile or anything. The Chicken sandwiches were overly greasy, rubbery and overcooked. The mac & cheese? All Mac, hardly any cheese. Might as well call it a cup of noodles. My iced tea was warm, clearly didnāt add enough ice. Will not be returning to this location or any location for quite some time. Yuck!

The saddest part is, Iāve never had a bad experience or a complaint about a Chick-fil-A I completely get accident do happen. Itās not the ending of the world. I waited in drive-through for over 10 minutes which is far from an issue you guys were extremely busy the day I came I received my food. The order was wrong. Went up to the walk up window. Let the associate know she informed me I got another Carās order and that car clearly had mine & takes my food back. Give or take. I waited another 5 to 7 minutes when I asked a manager, about my order I was told itās on the screen and to wait and she had no issue, hiding her attitude at all. At this point, Iāve been at this location for over 20 minutes between drive-through and waiting for a remake I went back to my car got my card to just get a refund. I proceeded back to the window as the manager asked me what I ordered (may remind you not even two minutes ago you told me it was on the screen to wait) I was given a refund no apology no acknowledgment until I said something, then I was told by the male manager that ā I had it all wrong. I can have the sandwich if I want without a chargeā only offering this when I came back with the receipt showing him how long Iāve been here and informing him of what the other manager said to me iāve been living in Davenport for a little bit over two years and Iāve been coming to this location since theyāve opened and Iāve never had a problem.
