My boyfriend and I visited Chili’s last night and our server Keyshawn made the experience so special. He recommended great alcoholic beverages and took his time to go over the menu and to recommend his favorite food! He was so attentive during the entire visit, checked multiple times on us and made sure we had everything! We enjoyed everything Keyshawn recommended to us! 10/10 we will come back!

We had the chicken enchilada soup to start and the smokehouse combo and it was pretty good. It had the half rack of bbq ribs, chicken crispers, bacon ranch quesadillas, street corn on the cob, garlic toast and fries! All were delicious and our tummies were happy! We’ll be back again! Service was excellent!

Will the server is exceptional and deserves a raise. He is always tentative, very professional and personal with a great attitude.
The burgers are definitely the best thing to order from there.
The free chips and salsa deal is a great way to bring me back every time. The incentives are always a bonus and shows me the owners care about their customers.
All in all Chili’s is a great business I can really appreciate it.

I came here and when I walked in the place was empty. I should have taken that as a warning but I was hungry. I decided to try the smash burger for $ 10 and quickly found out why it was cheap. The burger was terrible and my sprite tasted like it was mixed with tap water 30 minutes afterwards my stomach started hurting. NEVER eat here even if you’re starving. 🤮

Horrible customer service. The To-go employee is very rude. Didn’t even greet me, told me my food was right there and I could grab it myself and walked away. As she is walking away I ask for a cup holder and she continues to walk away. The employees here have their AirPods on and do not have great appearance at all. The food was horrible and just thrown on the plates. Will not be coming here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service to pick up my to go order was horrible and I felt disrespected by your to go employee covering the counter. Listen everyone if you decide to get to go food instead of eating in side don’t expect to be given good service. And expect cold food cause that’s what I received.
First time trying chili's and my experience here was fantastic! The service was spot on friendly and attentive. The food was fast and fresh. 10 out of 10

I placed an online order for take out. The food was ready at the time specified. There was plenty of curbside parking. I was disappointed that they are no longer bringing your food out to you. It defeats the purpose of leaving a tip on an order if you have to pick it up yourself. The Food was good but the Fries were cold and I literally went over to the Publix Plaza right next to the restaurant to eat them. Overall I love Chili's but the change to the take out routine would have been nice to know beforehand.
Parking: Curbside parking was plentiful on my last visit but dinning in parking always seems limited during peak times

Ordered baby back ribs to go and I received a hard as a rock, meatless ribs. On top of that, it isn’t even a full rack ribs. It’s missing a few bones. I called manager and spoke to Zack and he isn’t as quick to rectify the issue. I wanted a refund and he said 10-15 days! He apologized and that’s all. I had to ask for some type of compensation. A new one or something! I don’t need your apology. Do something! Super unsatisfying service. Go to a different restaurant not at this place, Davenport.
