I ordered wings with split sauce through doordash. When my ordered arrived, half the order was sauced and the other was dry. When I called back to notify the store, the manager said they ran out. Said the delivery driver was supposed to notify me. I checked the app and there was no notification about the 2nd sauce. She said the sauce ran out that day, then why keep it upon the site as available? Who wants dry wings you paid alot of money for? Never offered a redo or anything? Just told me not to order through door dash order directly through Chilis. Huh? Ill notify doordash on that too. Very disappointed with Chili's tonight.

Ordered hot wings and there was hardly any sauce and you could not even bite into them because they were so hard, we called and they replaced the order and they were still terrible. Have to say they are the worst wings we have ever had and you can find better at a corner gas station. First and last experience at Chili's Champions Gate.

Had dinner with the bigger part of my family. About 4 adults and a handful of kids. The environment was very welcoming and the server (Richard) was and absolute delight the entire night. Very attentive and helpful. We had some roudy kids with us and he handled the stress very professionally and with a smile! The food was warm and out in a timely fashion. The ladies enjoyed some margaritas, which they loved. Overall an amazing experience. Will visit again soon.

Nothing wrong with the Chili's experience in itself - had a simple meal to get the kids fed after a day out. Server was fine. But overnight my wife has been throwing up repeatedly, today is now a write-off, and the only cause can either be cutlery or the food. Neither is acceptable and has majorly put a downer on our trip. In a time where so many corporations are price gouging and blaming it on inflation. It's not inflation, they just want to rip you off. Chilis is serving a quarter pounder burger with fries, chips and salsa and a drink for 10.99. You can't get that at McDonald's. The burger was extremely good, I was actually shocked. Thank you Chilis for taking care of Americans and not taking advantage of them. Its genuinely refreshing to see that kind of move these days. You are proving value to people that still want to go out and eat. Well done Chilis.

Stopped here for dinner and the atmosphere was great! The service was fast, and the food was really good. We have Chili’s back home, but they are definitely not as fast as this location. Orders came out quickly, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
