The attention was so bad . I asked do we sit the girl behind the counter nodded. we sat and waited. When no one came I went to the counter and asked her she then said we had to order there. The menu was clouded by a plastic. And the picture of the food were all fried. We left

We used to go here all the time. The food was good. They closed for a long time and just opened back up as China Star. I ordered from there last night and it was horrible! I'm so mad I wasted $30. No one in the house would eat it.

The food is tasty and I love their spring rolls. Delivery is always faster than quoted. For a hole in the wall Chinese joint kind-of in the middle of nowhere it doesn't get much better. Learn to manage your expectations if you're looking for authentic Chinese. Yes, the lil old lady that works there can be hard to understand and it may seem like shes giving you attitude, but you could always trying learning her native language before judging.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't stop laughing after reading some of the previous reviews. I would feel bad about people's card getting charged twice... but why didn't they call to dispute the charges with their bank or simply refuse to pay the second time? There's another Chinese restaurant across the street that I sure would have loved to fulfill their order.
A few other reviews complained of the food smelling bad. Really? Seriously? Is this your first time ordering Chinese?
A nice hole in the wall Chinese food shop in Davenport. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming even. The portions are very big, as well as affordable. They'll get my business so long as they provide this excellent customer service.

My favorites are the Boneless Spare Ribs, Honey Wings, and Buffalo Wings. Can't go wrong with the dumplings either. The staff is very friendly.I live close enough that we pick up, so never have any issues with delivery.

We love the Shrimp Fried Rice here! Our daughter turned 17 and her b'day dinner had to be from here! The friendly lady that is always at the front is awesome! Be sure tp get the Spring rolls! A whole lotta of 'em!

Its sad to say this is the best Davenport has to offer when it comes to Chinese food. Their food has gone down hill the last year or so. They are busy for some reason with long wait times. I think its because their are only two staff members the order taker and cook. New Chinese restaurant opening soon near the new Public's cant wait
