The experience at this place was very bad. The rice was hard. They changed my lunch box but the rice was very undercooked. I asked the manager for a refund. He didn't want to. He gave me 3 packets of chips. The service and food were horrible. I don't recommend it.

Ordered a chicken bowl $10.49 ā it was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. Generous portions, well-seasoned ingredients, and everything tasted great. Quick service and good value for the price. Definitely a solid choice for a casual meal.

Waited 10 minutes in lane for one car whose order wasn't ready. If their order isnt ready they should be told to park up. I work in a restaurant & that's what we do. I also ordered extra protein & didn't get it. Seemed like even less than a normal order. I usually come inside & watch them to make sure they don't short me but my daughter was asleep. Not doing that again.

I NEVERRR LEAVE A REVIEW BUT THIS IS SO BAD I NEED SOMEONE TO SEE IT. This chipotle had the rudest employee and not to say the rudest manager. As i walked out everyone told me they always come here and the manager is rude. We asked for 2 bowls and one with brown rice and the guy with the dreads and like a rag with glasses who by the way the manager said he cannot give me his name when i asked, said you didnāt specify that SPECIFY NEXT TIME. When easily he couldāve said oh sorry i didnāt hear that or my apologies letās redo the bowl as simple as that but instead felt the need to be nasty about it. I told the manager who absolutely did not care and he said iāll talk to him about it we all know he wonāt! I emailed Jessica Martinez the field leader but letās see if she responds. This is so inappropriate and should not be ok and to hear many guest have the same experience really says a lot the company needs to do something about this.
