Went and ordered dinner for 4 people and everyone's meal was wrong. None of us ordered anything spicy ? but none of us could eat our food because it was way too spicy ? to inject... Will never spend my money at this establishment again...

i’m so aggravated right now don’t get me wrong. I’m Hispanic however I don’t speak Spanish. The girl that took my order had no idea what I was saying so then I had to wait longer for her to wait until the cook was done so he can tell her what I wanted, which is not a big deal. OK I get it whatever I asked for a burrito double wrapped they had the slightest clue on what that meant. The reason I asked for a double wrapped is because I was asking for extra toppings, and that way the burrito could close. I kept trying to tell her you don’t lay the tortilla on top of each other. You lay one tortilla halfway on the other one you put the toppings in the middle so that way it’s easier to wrap she was frustrated. She didn’t know how to wrap the burrito so when she went to wrap it in the aluminum foil, half of it was exposed so when I would go to open Open up the aluminum foil everything was just fall everywhere because it wasn’t closed. I literally had to take the burrito from her and wrap it myself in front of all these customers. I’m sure she was embarrassed, but seriously it’s not rocket science.

Even though I’m not a fan of fast food, I was pleasantly surprised by this Chipotle. It wasn’t busy, service was fast and cordial, staff was cool. And my quesadilla was really good. I’ll be back.

BEST CHIPOTLE I'VE BEEN TO! First, this was the cleanest chipotle ever. Very organized and the staff is very friendly. The serving size was ample. The plasticware station was stocked and they had plenty of hot sauce bottles. Staff was quick to clean the tables. Lastly, my bowl was flavorful and juicy! 10/10

Poor service. Very poorly served and attended. The black girl seemed totally dissatisfied to be working at that time 9pm, and served a bowl with a few pieces of chicken.
I felt scammed for paying the same price but less food compared to other restaurants.
Lots to choose from. Decent prices. Staff were great. Just needed to be hotter. The chicken was only luke warm. Still enjoyed the meal.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Go to the other store 5 miles up the road in from Wal-Mart. They skimp on their serving too much. The server put half of spoon steak in my bowl. So I asked her to put a little more so it would be the right amount. The manager said it would be extra charge if more was put in it. Bill should have been $28, but it was $35.
