Very clean restaurant and the food is always good. I like the carnita bowl and the drinks in the bubbler tanks. The person that made my bowl was quick and listened to what I wanted.

Terrible, everything was all dried up and looked days old. This is a new location you guys need to get it together shame on the management team. Team members were friendly but the food was not

Avoid this place! Ordered Carne asada burrito bowl on the app. It was suppose to be ready for pickup at 3 pm. I got there 10 minutes early and picked up the order. It was cold and lacking in meat!!! Very disappointing and the company hasn't responded to our complaint and didn't do anything to make it right. We live close to this location and will never return!

Rosa who took mine and my daughters order was very nice. Had a smile on her face the whole time and that’s a huge difference from my local Chipotle in Clermont. I hadn’t been inside one in over 2 years bc of their nasty attitude. And our cashier whom I didn’t get her name was very sweet n also was very welcoming. We would definitely stop here on our next dentist visit in 3 months.

Food is bad everything is really cold either they don’t change the food out or they just serve old food and don’t care I recommend going to the one in Clermont or the Posner park one avoid this one at all cost.

These employees are absolutely terrible. If I ran the store I would fire all of them. They don't acknowledge any customer, the food looks like it was sitting, the employees all talk and stand around with each other even though customers are in line. I understand it's hard to find humans with common sense nowadays but these employees have absolutely none. Embarrassing. Do better

I was very pleased with my experience my first time going to this location, but the food was superb. The service was great. I feel like the young lady could’ve been a little bit more heavy-handed with the guacamole, but with the prices of avocados changing, they may have some kind of quota in place but other than that everything was great! And they have a drive thru!!!

5 people back there and the slowest person is doing orders one at a time. I’ve waited almost 20 mins and there’s a family of 5 and 1 person in front of me and they still aren’t done with the family. Also nothing is being stocked on the line so we’re waiting for that too. There are people begging for jobs and you have horrible people working here.

Not at all satisfied with my Uber Eats order. I got it and it was cold! Do not know why when it didn’t take more than 20 minutes for me to get it after it was placed on the app. The chips were like a mixture of old and fresh with a little salt on them. I can only appreciate the packaging.
