The cookies are always great but the customer service needs some work. Me and my wife walked in and there was 2 girls working. We stood at the counter for a few minutes and neither employee welcomed us or said a word so we kept waiting until we realized they were just conversing and had no plans to help us so we were forced to use the self-checkout. The only time they spoke to us was to confirm it was our order. I understand wanting people to use self-checkout but it’s rude...
I honestly love crumbl. But a couple ladies who work there apparently do not love crumbl, I was thrown off how they didn’t do any of the signature moves like “welcome to crumbl, or a smile or even showing me the cookies before handing the box over” and to top it off the peanut butter chip choc cookie was shaped like a lumpy scone instead of a cookie and was hard and gross
Crumbl Cookies is always such a fun experience! I love that the menu changes every week, so there’s always something new to try. The cookies are huge, soft in the center, and baked fresh—definitely a treat to share (or not 😉).
