The service was terrible the lady who took our order seemed like she was lost. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times all for her to tell us at the end that the inside diner was closed and we had to take our order to go. It wasn’t even 10:20 yet. If we knew that we wouldn’t have ordered the food. Then we spoke with another girl who told us we are allowed to sit down meaning the first lady lied to us. Finally we get our food and two orders are incorrect which was resolved by the other workers. The entire time we are eating the lady is aggressively cleaning around us and mumbling under her breathe. It seemed like she was just trying to close inside early because she had to clean. We also saw them turn down a family before closing time saying they’re not accepting orders. I’m sure the higher ups do not know about this . Also if there are actual dining hours they should be listed online so people don’t waste their time and money.

BEWARE!!! Me and my husband went to eat here my husband paid with his card and the guy who took the payment made us pull forward without giving us are card back to then came out to give it to us and HE HAD CHARGED HIMSELF A MEAL IN OUR CARD!!!!

I have been to this poster Center Calvert's 3x maybe for the food is always pretty good I have to tell you from the bottom management to the top management very unprofessional two of the times that I was there I have followed with my food and they made it virtually impossible to exchange my food the last time I was there I told him I would call police if they did not get it together it's my right to exchange something that was done wrong I went to three management personnel before I got it exchanged what happened to customers always right

After placing our orders and receiving our food. Found that the girl taking our order charged me for a double instead of a single, keyed in grilled onions instead of grilled mushrooms. When I took my burger back to the counter the young man apologized and gave it to the Asian lady behind the counter and she was very rude saying That’s what’s on the order ticket! Really no need for the attitude she had. Last time I checked. The customer is always right. All I wanted was for my burger to get fixed. By the time I got my burger back with an attitude my other food. Fries & Cheese Curds were already cold. Really not sure if I will be back to this location. I have worked in retail for over 40 plus years and I would be reprimanded if I gave one of my customers that kind of attitude. Please train your staff on proper customer service skills they lack.
