Great team! My husband and I come here just about every day to get our caffeine fix. The store manager Steph is absolutely wonderful! If ever there is something wrong with an order or anything else, she is quick to provide the best solutions with kindness and respect! This has become our home Dunkin that keeps us running!

I believe this location has been here long enough to learn from past mistakes and to better their customer service…however it seems that a blind eye and deaf ears are what run this location.
Today we went in with the intent to sit and have coffee and donuts. Sadly, the tables were littered with trash and sugar.
There was no line but we managed to stand there waiting for about two minutes to be greeted and have our order taken. The gentleman that was at the counter didn’t greet us and spoke to us in a mumbled monotone voice that was hard to decipher.
At 6:30pm there were no donuts available with the exception of the fall options. We bought just 2 and they were stale.
We were able to get a coffee and leave since the overall experience just made you not want to be there at all. It was equivalent to going to 7-11 for a coffee, in and out and no hanging around.
It is sad too because I would be a Dunkin’ girlie in a heart beat since this store is less than 5 minutes away from me, but I would rather drive the 15 minutes it takes me to get to Starbucks if it means great food, great service and a great experience.

I should even give it a no start, I applied for the Team member position got already to go to the interview and I get a cancellation an hour before the interview. It’s crazy. They at least could’ve let me know a day or so before when I scheduled this appointment from last week. they could’ve at least have my interview and get to meet me but yet they canceled just a waste of time , they must not need people to higher, so I wouldn’t even apply if I were you

I applied for the position of team member. I didn’t need any resumes. Right after I filled out the application, they scheduled me for an interview. The next day, they sent me a reminder email which is for tomorrow. One hour later, they sent me a cancellation mail like even though your resume is impressive which I didn’t need to and they said “We’ve decided to move forward”. That’s messed up. I was really hoping to work at Dunkin’. What kind of work ethic is that? If they’ve called me for an interview, they should let me do the interview. After the interview, they can make any decisions they want and I can accept. But thiss this’s really messed up. They need to make some changes in hiring process.

I've gone twice on two different days (once at 5:30 pm and once at 6 pm) in search of my favorite donut: Boston Creme. On neither day were there any and the selection of donuts they had was very small. I prefer to go to Reunion because there (although smaller) they always have variety. Or I'll go to Publix. Spot.

I ordered a triple mocha frozen coffee, and they gave me a nice one. When I went inside, they gave me a nasty one. The one who prepared the coffee had a bad attitude. When you don't have patience and friendliness, you can not deal with people and keep your bad attitude at home. I will never go back there for mine. Early coffee is no more

The employees are amazing and always trying to make the guest happy. Sometimes that is not always easy! If you ever have an issue, the manager will try to make it right for you. Customer service is great!
