I usually get breakfast every morning and never had a problem until today .hash brown burned ,coffee and colatta tasted horrible and how can you go wrong with a croissant. They don’t pick up the phone or have a voice mail .

I placed an order from Dunkin’ Donuts via Uber Eats, but the restaurant didn’t have anything I ordered. I called twice to cancel, and both times they told me they couldn’t do it on their end—I had to cancel through the app. I followed their instructions and cancelled the order, but I was still charged $11 for items I never received.

Neither Dunkin’ Donuts nor Uber Eats is taking responsibility. I’ve reached out to both, and each just pushes the blame onto the other. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I paid for nothing and got no help. Very disappointing experience.

I absolutely love this Dunkin location, David always prepares my drinks & he is the super friendly. He is the only person who I trust to make my drinks right. Clean location! Must check out.

The service at the drive-thru is very, very bad. You can spend 30 minutes just to order a coffee or whatever. It's really very bad.

Posted hours state the location closes at 9:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:20 PM, the doors were already locked.

To make matters worse, a staff member saw me at the door and laughed, which came across as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Worst service. There were no cars in the drive-thru. The young lady who took my order needs to get off her cellphone and get to work. I ordered a medium regular coffee and a donut and the young lady gives me the donut but forgot my coffee. Then she says oh I forgot to charge you for the coffee. Well of course you did since you’re on the phone texting. The need better employees!

The staff had alot to be desired. They have enough people working but you wait over 5 minutes for an iced coffee, nothing fancy. I got mine with hazelnut nut and my husband regular. When my husband politely asked which one had the hazel nut the girl answered •look at the label• what kind of service is that!!!!!!
