This place is HOOD the KIDS working there DO NOT LISTEN to the customer I order a SIMPLE ice coffee vanilla flavor with creamer and sugar. these IDIOTS that im allergic to cinnamon!!!!!! on my vanilla with churro syrup and no sugar what the hell is that!!!! you need to listen you can KILL SOMEONE if they have health issues. IF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE WOULD JUST STOP TALKING CRAP INSIDE AND WORK!!!! THEY WOULD GET IT RIGHT!!!!! STOP HIRING KIDS AND PEOPLE WHO DONE WANT TO WORK THIS IS HOW THEY TELL YOU TO ORDER FOOD ON THE DRIVE THRU THEY WHAT YOUR ORDER HAVE SOME CLASS

This was the absolute worst experience, my iced coffee was HOT and beyond black. When I asked for a cream the lady not only threw it but when I asked for an extra pump she gave me a small hot coffee cup full of butter pecan flavor. I received a cup of ice wit hno lid? Beyond unhygienic. They should be ashamed of themselves.rudest staff of young ladies ever!

This place has gone down hill fast. I have to change my review. They are always out of product and food is never fresh.
Why is it that every time i go they tell me the frozen frapp machine is broken? 3 times now including today

I came into Dunkin this morning to grab a matcha latte as a pick me up. Little did I know, my pick me up would actually be Miss Dali at the drive thru window. Her energy and positivity was just what I needed to experience and I am so grateful I came to this Dunkin today. My matcha latte was perfect too.

They are horrible.. always serving burnt food and running out of inventory for items..They need to clean the toaster or something cause the hashbrowns taste burnt EVERYTIME!!! So disappointed in this location I rather drive further down 27th to the DD by posner park.
