Firstly. The young lady was not pleasant her demeanor was sassy for no reason. I ordered an egg. bacon and no cheese on a bagel. After waiting 10 minutes I still get it with cheese. Smh.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told at the counter that they didnt have what they needed to make any breakfast sandwiches, at 8am.... Staff should let people know before they wait in line for 20 min.

This place used to be so good. Guess they got a new crew because my order constantly taste like water and milk. I even started adding more pumps and get charged extra for an addition swirl and it still taste nasty

We frequent many different Dunkin donuts as my husband loves his iced coffee. Across the board at the many that we have gone to the coffee is consistent. This particular location is never busy. So it's easy in and easy out through the drive thru

I ordered a Hibiscus Hot Tea at this Dunkin’, and even the order sticker clearly says Hibiscus — but what I got inside was Cool Mint Tea! To make it worse, the store number listed doesn’t even work, so there’s no way to contact them about the mistake. Really poor service and attention to detail.
Good morning! I just wanted to share that for a lot of people coffee is one of the first things people run for after waking up! AND if not made correctly, can ruin someones whole day! I work on hwy 27 and have multiple Dunkin Donuts on this road. I have went to them all and i dont typically miss a day! I was previously going to another location on 27 but after several bad experiences i started coming to this one across from posner and after about two month i can say i have not had ANY bad experiences! They make my coffee right everytime and if i ask for any extras they are polite and accomodating. Rosa, micah, and jennifer greet me every morning with a big smile and even remember my name and my order! Great customer service 10/10 reccommend.
