Absolutely terrible service. After waiting for 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and watching other people who came in after us get their food, we asked for a refund. They didn’t even try to make things right. On a Sunday morning no less! Whoever was on that station should be fired. They obviously couldn’t handle the job. Hire more competent people!

Completely messed up my entire order… at 6am.. when there were barely any other customers! Fun! Vanilla donut also tasted extremely stale, but boston kreme was fine. I hope it was a one-off.

My wife and I prefer this location versus the location we live behind about 15 minutes up 27. We always come here in the morning hours and the staff is the BEST! Very sweet and makes our mornings brighter. I wish I had names to shout out individually. Great start to our days when we come here.

If I could rate this a 0 I would by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin not only did they sell us something that they didn’t even have then they did it to another customer! Took 10+ minutes to get two iced coffees I finally stopped keeping track of how long it took. They all seem under the influence slow moving all mumbled but the one guy making food seemed like he was fine I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy

This place is hard to see from the street. A lady with freckles took my simple order. She mumbled something quietly I couldn’t hear or understand. Her attitude was that of an insolent teen. Whatever. My vanilla cream filled donut was stale but my glazed donut was fresh. Inside was clean.

This. Dunkin also associates itself with the BBB. This makes me feel like they have standards.
I will gladly go out of my way for this dunkin over the other one just because of the service.

Ordered Avocado toast it is advertised with bacon. There was not any. Ordered 3 coffees sweet, all three bitter unsweetened, and doughnut holes, just thrown in a bag. Never, not once is this place consistent, unless your looking for inconsistency then y’all are killing it. I always have to test and check behind.
