The food is always made warm and quick. The staff is always super friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts.

Came to order a large order as I do every 3 months and today was told I could not do a large order I had to preorder even though I have been doing this for the past 3 years have never been told it was mandatory to do a preorder in advance. We would just have to wait previously which we didn’t mind since we knew it was a large order. When I asked for the managers name they did not want to give is the managers name.

I could not get my order. I paid it but the employees were on a weed. Every car in front of me were for ten minutes. When I went inside to check on and I said that I had an Iced macchiato. They looked at me like mmmmm… Never back again!!

We simply asked for the sandwich meal without bacon, and they refused. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t just remove an item, especially since I didn’t ask for anything to be added.

Took entirely too long to even acknowledge me as a walk in customer and take my order. At least acknowledge me and say you'll be with me at some point.
This was the worst Dunkin’ Donut we encountered . The croissant sandwiches were burnt. and ordered a cappuccino and was given coffee instead. The worker was unpleasant and slammed down our order because we complained about it being burnt. Only one or two employees were awesome to talk to and redid our order. It’s a shame but one guy was very rude had an attitude. I am a broadcasting talk show host and I am going talk about it.

Everyone here was amazing so nice kind and considerate we joked around. We had some fun place my order and then went to the pick up side and had the same experience over there. Everyone was fun and enjoyable overall I think this is the best experience I’ve ever had in a Dunkin’ Donuts.
