First, we came in about 9:40, and they had the scarcest selection of donuts I've seen. We made a selections from the slim choices we had. The Bavarian literally had no filling and the 2 jelly donuts had maybe one bite of jelly in them. Lol the worst experience I've ever had at a dunkin and that's saying something!

Their new $6 breakfast is great. Inside the store, floors were dirty around the edges, and the men's room was disgusting. Dirty, toilet would not flush, and no soap or paper towels. I almost did not want to eat here. How could an employee wash their hands?!?

The employees were so nice! There was an onslaught of people ordering inside, the drive through and online orders. Despite other customers not minding their manners and being respectful to the employees they held it down!!! Thank yall for making breakfast and delicious drinks I appreciate the kind smiles and the attention to detail on our order. <3 Texas visitors

Professional gaslighters. I order 3 things, they give me 2 of the 3 and insist I didn't order anything else until I show them the receipt. Happened on multiple occasions between my wife and I. Go to the one down the road on Championsgate. So much better than this dump.

The manager Mercy was very rude. We asked for our bacon to be cooked crispy two times and the second time it came out it was less cooked than the first time. She acted as if we were bothering her. We won't be back to bother anyone there anymore.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced...lady working Drive-Thru was yelling at customer to hurry up with order as they are on a timer and patrons are only allowed so many seconds to order before they are yelled at to leave the line!!!!! Horrifying experience and I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy!!!! Ended up having to go to McDonald's for breakfast which was worth the treatment....never go to this Dunkin donuts! ?

I have literally been going to DD since I was a kid. Never have I had such an extraordinarily and frankly, surprisingly stellar customer service experience at a Dunkin'. NATHAN is a star. He was clear, polite, efficient, and went just enough of an extra mile to stand out as awesome, without slowing the process down. This is very much in contrast to previous experiences at this same location years ago (bad to the point that we stopped going).
Congratulations, Nathan - you are exemplary and will go far in your career in whatever field or role you choose to pursue!!!
Waited literally an hour for my food only to receive burnt bricks and no sausage that I was charged here also the workers don’t use gloves. I see why there’s so many bad reviews

The Manager Raymonde is an absolute nightmare. Threatens workers pay and threatens refuses to give lawful pay. Accuses employees of being thief's to cover for how terrible of a manager she is. This person cannot even figure out how to post a schedule. Truly horrendous, please do not spend any money in this establishment while there is corrupt Management that treats people inhumanely. No matter how many times employee asked to report manager would be ignored. Fire Raymonde now and your business will stop suffering.
