I’ve been coming to this location a little over 5 years, almost everyday. Sometimes twice a day.. the quality of the drinks and food is not always consistent but customer service always makes up for it. But today i hit my final straw. The ladies that worked December 5th 2026, the afternoon shift crew is lacking a lot of customer service. I’m not the one that complains and as i said ive been coming to this location for over 5years straight and some employees recognize me as well, but i never complained about the customer service because it was always on point. The two ladies i’ve dealt with today need an orientation to learn about how to greet customers, talk to customers and don’t scare customers. I’ve ordered through drive thru, the lady went straight to “yes” as in like what would you like today. The whole transaction not once did any of the ladies spoke but when she told me the total. Not once did they say thank you or anything. Which is weird because i work in customer service too, and I ve worked for places that are much smaller than dunkin but still we knew how to speak to customers. My feelings are not hurt because it doesn’t affect me, i can just add 3 minutes to my drive and go to Starbucks down the road. i was just surprised that a big company such as Dunkin has some employees that ruin its reputation.

The service is absolutely trash. At first I thought it was closed. The lights are off outside. I pulled up to the window and who ever was on the head set sounded angry. Sighed and said bruhhh. I asked about donuts and shesaid we don't have any donuts we throw them away and I said it is okay. I pull up to the drive thru window there was 2 cart of donuts. It took the cashier over 5 minutes to cash us out and get out of the drive thru. If I could give this one star I would. I will not be returning. You already loose loads of customers due to the lights being off outside it seems like you are closed after the sun is set.

Today I came in and there was a very rude employee that was on her phone the whole time and she made a scene to argue with who may looked like the manager I just ended up walking out but whatever happened to that girl I hope the management knows who's their hiring because that's not customer service.

Sat in the drive-through line for approximately 27 minutes. Got out of the car and went inside asked for my food. It was just sitting in a bag near the drive-through counter. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that she was busy. Mind you there was at least 10 cars behind us waiting half an hour as well. Corporate needs to look into this branch because it’s like this almost every time I go. Oh also, I had to order twice because the woman who took my order, didn’t even respond after I told her what I wanted.

can you please get veggie egg white bites??? They are never in stock and some ppl can’t eat the bites with cheddar bacon. I would much rather have the veggie ones. I told the staff to tell management but it’s been weeks. Ppl are friendly tho. Food good.

I guess just take whatever they give you.
