Ms rogers the manager is the reason all the employees here are so rude and i understand working with someone like that i would have quit a long time ago, maybe promote one of your lovely cashiers who under all the stress of a line and a terrible manager still have a smile on their face. We have ordered twice and both times our orders were incorrect. The first time our drinks both tasted wrong and the second they handed us an empty cup. What makes this worse is that they weren’t even busy and it took forever!

Every time, I mean EVERY TIME, I stop - for the convenience of it being closest to my house - there's always an issue. It can be a missing item, the wrong item, or half filled drinks. The employees there look ar you with a blank stare as you try to get them to fix the issue. Today I drove away in a hurry for work and I look at my order and it's totally wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's or Wendy's across the street for breakfast. This dunkin shouldn't even be open. This is trip #11 where there is something wrong, and it's unfixed.
