Ms rogers the manager is the reason all the employees here are so rude and i understand working with someone like that i would have quit a long time ago, maybe promote one of your lovely cashiers who under all the stress of a line and a terrible manager still have a smile on their face. Every time, I mean EVERY TIME, I stop - for the convenience of it being closest to my house - there's always an issue. It can be a missing item, the wrong item, or half filled drinks. The employees there look ar you with a blank stare as you try to get them to fix the issue. Today I drove away in a hurry for work and I look at my order and it's totally wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's or Wendy's across the street for breakfast. This dunkin shouldn't even be open. This is trip #11 where there is something wrong, and it's unfixed.
